Machine wiring diagrams and machine pages

Required reading and purpose

These rules consolidate the owner instructions for this atlas. Help somebody who owns the exact machine install a SmoothieBox, Smoothieboard V2 Core or V2 Prime, directly or through the necessary drivers and interfaces. Research inventories alone do not answer how to wire a machine. Later explicit user corrections take precedence over older presentation rules.

Current page contract

  • Inventory every actual profile: currently 330, across twelve machine categories. Give each a detailed HTML page at machines/<category>/<stable-id>.html with its own sibling asset folder.
  • Move all machine research, complete wire schedules, source evidence, commissioning instructions, unresolved dependencies and historical diagrams into that machine page. Preserve authored history and provenance. Shared historical chapters may be retained as collapsed history on detail pages.
  • The main atlas contains only each machine facts box, one selected main diagram, at most two compact paragraphs or a short table, and a clear link to the detailed page. Keep the full list as the default and the named twelve-machine filter accessible by keyboard.
  • Updating a machine must regenerate both its detailed page and its compact index entry. Stable IDs and existing source references remain traceable.
  • Publish all pages and their dependency closures to the existing Pages site. Every nested HTML link and local asset must resolve; a successful HTTP response alone does not prove the requested file was served.

Square main diagram: mandatory current layout

  • Use a roughly square 3 by 3 composition. Place a square controller in the center cell, approximately one ninth of total area. Never stretch the controller into a tall column to accommodate circuits.
  • Reuse the familiar SmoothieBox exterior case and perimeter connector language. V2 Prime and Core use their own sourced board connector banks, never case terminal names substituted for board pins.
  • Arrange power supplies, drivers, motors, spindle/laser interfaces, sensors and other peripherals around the controller, facing the corresponding connector side. Route short conductors with minimal crossings and readable endpoint labels.
  • Label each field conductor and separate return individually, including axis STEP, DIR, ENABLE, min-endstop signal and min-endstop GND. Keep DB25 and other machine-side connectors as peripherals the controller connects into.
  • Show complete functional paths to loads/sensors. Required interface circuits must have a meaningful model/function and identified external terminals; do not hide the wiring behind an unexplained box. Detailed IC/resistor/passive internals can live in subsidiary diagrams, explicitly referenced from their assembly in the main view.
  • Retain all source graph records. Declare which wire IDs are visible in the main view and which are explained in detailed circuits. Never claim that metadata alone makes a hidden wire visible.
  • Keep owner-installed external conductors in the main view, including buffer-to-driver outputs, motor/Hall/feedback cables, safety contacts, sensor leads and physical header jumpers. An interface box does not replace these wires. When IC/passive internals stay in detail, the main assembly must name its exact supply and reference pins, retain their evidence qualification, and provide a working link to the complete circuit.
  • Reserve physical inputs and outputs explicitly. If two functions nominate one pin, mark the allocations as mutually exclusive or leave the affected route OPEN until a separate supported pin is identified; never imply independent control or join unrelated signals.
  • Draw source-reported conductors as solid, orthogonal horizontal/vertical paths with rounded corners. Draw every proposed GUESS conductor as a dotted orthogonal path, and include a visible dotted sample in the legend labelled GUESS — proposed / unverified. Keep OPEN boundaries visibly disconnected with separated stubs. Use function colours independently of evidence status; no line style or colour implies a fitted or safe-to-energize connection.
  • Keep physical pin numbers and electrical functions together when shortening labels. Board channel names and machine axes are separate: a channel labelled C may drive a second Y motor. Name peripheral headings from the actual receiving device.
  • Allocate connector and card space from the rendered label heights. Labels, wire identifiers and circuit details must not overlap. Give wire lookup numbers their own gutter; place a wrapped heading’s subtitle below its final line.
  • Separate integrated-servo motor power from command-connector logic power. Show every identified power contact and return; keep an unidentified fitted distribution terminal OPEN instead of inventing its position.

Selected twelve-machine architecture

Use Prime where replacing integrated motion power stages, and SmoothieBox command outputs where retaining external drives, subject to the exact cited electrical contracts. Analog servo compatibility cannot be invented. The selected set is wiki-205, laserplot-02, wiki-132, mill-g2, wiki-206, wiki-222, base-11, wiki-134, wiki-135, mill-avid-ex-3, forum-linuxcnc-optimill-mh50v-unlogic, and forum-linuxcnc-rotarysmp-schaublin-125-cnc-retrofit.

Research and electrical detail rules retained from the earlier design

The following earlier rules remain binding for evidence and circuit completeness. Their older placement instructions are superseded by the current page and square-layout contracts above: detailed schedules belong on detail pages.

Machine retrofit diagrams and upgrade instructions

Purpose

Help an owner decide whether a SmoothieBox, Smoothieboard V2 Core, or V2 Prime can replace or work with the existing machine controller, what hardware remains or must be added, and how each machine circuit connects. The main diagram is an installation guide, not a connector census.

Evidence and uncertainty

  1. Identify the exact machine, controller, drive, supply, and peripheral revisions in the cited sources. Separate reported fitment from manufacturer-family references and proposed hardware.
  2. Use primary schematics, manuals, datasheets, and the exact machine’s wiring diagrams where available. Cite page/sheet, revision, URL, and the exact claim supported. Distinguish logical signals, connector contacts, cable cores, and physical terminals.
  3. Never transfer a pinout between superficially similar revisions or machines. Never infer a mating-face numbering, connector polarity, voltage, current, or electrical common from wire colour or connector shape.
  4. When a proposed relationship is plausible but not established, draw it as a dotted function-coloured orthogonal wire and label it GUESS in its conductor label and legend. State the evidence, uncertainty and concrete measurement/manual check. Dotted styling means the route is proposed and unverified; it does not establish fitment or permit energizing.
  5. Keep confirmed source facts, proposed routes, and unresolved facts visibly distinct. An unknown detail should block only the affected connection when the rest of the system can still be explained.
  6. Follow an unnamed PCB net into the matching schematic before declaring an output unidentified. Check the exact IC package pin map, connector footprint and recommended current limits; a shared rail name or a transistor maximum rating does not establish safe connector current.
  7. A manufacturer pin assignment proves a terminal function, not an installed retrofit wire. Draw added controller/interface conductors as guesses even when both endpoint functions are sourced. Keep factory internal connections separate from wires the owner must install.

Decide the conversion before drawing

For each machine, state a short retrofit plan: controller being removed/retained; Smoothie target and board revision; retained motors/drives/sensors/spindle/laser/safety equipment; replacement or added drivers, interface boards, relays, converters, and power supplies; unsupported functions; and unresolved prerequisites. Do not present a reference inventory as a conversion plan.

Assess SmoothieBox, V2 Core, and V2 Prime independently against their sourced physical pinouts, electrical ratings, firmware functions, and supported axes/features. A proposed SmoothieBox carrier schedule is not a Core or Prime connector schedule. Do not claim a target supports closed-loop servo, high-voltage I/O, or safety functions without evidence. Where hardware cannot make a direct connection, name the required interface or mark the function unsupported pending research.

Main diagram

Give each machine one dominant, readable diagram organized around functional circuits. Show the path from the Smoothie target through any interface/peripheral to the machine load or sensor. Identify every device by model/revision and every physical terminal by connector plus pin/terminal mark. Show signal direction and separate logic/control, field I/O, motor power, spindle/laser power, mains, protective earth, and safety domains.

Include applicable complete paths:

  • Stepper/servo command → required signal interface → driver command input; separately show driver DC supply and each motor/encoder connection. Never wire a motor winding to a STEP/DIR output.
  • Endstop, home, probe, and fault circuits: signal, required supply, return/reference, polarity/type, conditioning, and destination.
  • VFD/spindle command, run/enable, fault/feedback and the VFD-to-spindle power path, with any required isolated analog/PWM converter. Never connect controller logic directly to VFD mains or motor output.
  • Laser control through the specified laser driver/PSU terminals, including command reference, enable and retained hardware interlocks. Keep hazardous power and safety-chain behavior explicit; software outputs are not safety interlocks.
  • Printer heaters, bed, fans, thermistors/RTDs, and power domains when present, including the required switching/interface and sensor type.
  • Supplies, protective earth, shields, and returns where the source and electrical design establish them. Label a deliberately separate return or safety path; do not silently omit it.

Keep DB25/DB44/IDC and other machine-side connectors as peripheral blocks that the Smoothie wiring connects into. Label all relevant contacts individually, including signal, ground/return, supply, shield, NC, and unused contacts. Do not turn an unsupported connector into an assumed standard pinout.

Supporting instructions and complete pin schedule

Immediately with the diagram, provide: chosen retrofit architecture; required parts/interface ratings; exact terminal-to-terminal wiring table; conductor purpose and direction; board/drive configuration; staged de-energized inspection and commissioning checks; and specific unknowns that prevent connection. Tie every table row to endpoints in the diagram.

Account for every pin the source identifies and every target pin used. Preserve individual labels such as X axis STEP, X axis min endstop signal, and X axis min endstop GND; do not collapse banks into counts. Mark unused pins explicitly. Distinguish physical contacts from logic nets, inferred form positions, and source-unlisted positions. Keep service/reference inventories and source transcription detail in collapsed supporting sections so they do not overwhelm the main diagram.

Page and profile presentation

Make the retrofit diagram and the owner-facing answer visible before source inventories. Keep prior published attempts in collapsed chronological history. A named page filter may isolate a chosen profile set, but it must preserve the default complete list, explain its state in visible text, work by keyboard, and not rewrite/remove profile content. Keep navigation and figures usable on desktop and mobile. In image viewers, Fit must preserve the complete image proportions; zoom must remove inherited dimension caps and enlarge the actual diagram, with pan available in both directions. Verify rendered image dimensions and drag behavior, not only the zoom class or width property.

Acceptance gate for each machine

An owner unfamiliar with the research can identify the selected Smoothie target, required retained/added hardware, and every connection required for the documented conversion from the main view and concise instructions. Every circuit shown has both ends and its necessary return/power/reference paths accounted for, or a clearly bounded unresolved dependency. All contacts are individually accounted for in the supporting schedule. Source-reported paths are solid; every GUESS path is dotted, labelled GUESS in its conductor and in a visible dotted legend sample, evidence-linked, and paired with checks. OPEN boundaries remain visibly disconnected. All conductors use function-coloured orthogonal routes with rounded corners. Revisions, unsupported functions, safety boundaries, and source limits are explicit. The SVG renders legibly at page size and when enlarged, its labels match the text/table, and the page filter works without hiding other profiles by default.

Controller-centered main view: selected hardware architecture

Classify the original motion power stages before drawing the replacement:

  • Separate stepper or servo drives accepting command signals: use SmoothieBox exterior STEP, DIR and ENABLE fields, with each separate field ground. The drive retains its motor-power, winding and feedback circuits. Never label an exterior case terminal with an internal Core header number.
  • Drivers on the board being replaced: use V2 Prime motor phase outputs directly to measured winding pairs. Do not invent new external stepper drivers for this main path, and never attach a STEP/DIR signal to a motor coil.
  • Analog-only servo systems require a demonstrated command-mode conversion or a retained compatible controller. A pulse-command field is not an analog closed-loop position controller.

The main drawing has one continuous controller enclosure in the center, devices around it, and one traceable wire per conductor. Pack related simple circuits on both sides. Keep intermediate interfaces and their returns explicit. Distinguish included, fitted, optional and unsupported accessories. Draw the probe, endstop, laser, air-pump, spindle, thermal, safety and operator interfaces established by the machine inventory; identify every unconnected terminal as unused or unresolved.

Immediately beneath it, list every wire ID, both physical endpoints, explained electrical purpose, source claim with a direct link, and the remaining qualification. A source describing a component does not prove a new retrofit cable; proposed routes remain dotted and are identified as GUESS in their label and in a visible dotted legend sample until independently supported. Source-reported paths are solid; OPEN boundaries remain disconnected. Source the controller contact and receiving interface independently. Keep prior detailed drawings below this selected main path.

Verbatim user request ok, I hate the stuff you did, the diagrams you did, keep them agound, but not expanded by default/hidden by default. you are doing much better, but this ist STILL not what I asedked, I want a diagram with the smoothieboax at the center, and the wiring (going to either boxes that represent the stuff in the machine, OR stuff like stepper drivers, etc) from the smothie to them, for evehrything, that means the step/dir/en pin, AND their gnd pins, and the endstops, and any peripherals like lasers, SSRs, spindles, and ANYTHING else, and under thatdiagram, in html, a list of all the connections with for each coneciton a “source”/evidence for that connection in both the form of explained text AND a link. you can keep everything you have, BUT we need to havte on top of that the “most useful” diagram I just described, the diagarm of somebody who gets in the position of having a smoothiebox or smoothieboard v2 prime, and needing to “wire” their machine’s stuff to it, they need the diagram that will be most helpful and most straightforward for them, PLEASE figure taht out and draw this. for all 12 machines. go. ok one more thing i want to specify. there are TWO types of situations, and you need to handle both cases separately. there are machines that have their own, solid state/sepratae stepper motor drivers (or servo drivers) as boxes that take step/dir/en inputs etc. those must get a diagram where a smoothiebox is used, and wired to those steppre drivers’s step/dir/en inputs. then there is another separate case, for example this machine: file:///home/arthur/Documents/3018-PROVer_V2User_Manual%E3%80%90EN+DE+JP_V1.0_20220906_1.pdf that does not have separate stepper drivers, they were “on board” on the board we are replacing, therefore we wust not use the smoothiebox and instead must use the smoothieboard v2 prime, and wire those stepper motors directly to the stepper driver outputs of the smoothieboard (and the z height mapping propbe, and the limits switches, and the laser module, and the air pupm, and the emergency probe, etc etc). you need to determine for each machine which case it is, and for each do the wiring either to a smoothiebox or to a v2-prime .

Latest owner correction: compact atlas and square controller

ok you’re getting closer a bit, but there are still major problems. first off, the page is getting absolutely massive, I want you to move ALL the data for all the machines to machine-specific html pages, and in the “main” html page, only keep the diagram with the smoothieboard/smoothiebox, and a link to the page (plus you’re allowed like a couple paragraphs and a short table or something, compact info about the setup/the info we have, the decisions made, etc). but most of the info should be moved to per-machine html files, and the main html page should keep only a copmact section per machine with the “machine facts” box, the diagram, and a little bit of context/info, and the link to the adetailled page, and that’s it. when updating info for a given machine, bothf it’s machine specific page, AND it’s place inthe main html page, should be updated. ok and then the MAIN issue, for all of the 12 machines, the diagram you made is stupid/bad. you created this big/tall “column” of connections, a renrperestantion of smoothiebox as a “skyscraper” for some reason. WHY ??? You had the perfectly fine representaitofn of the smoothiebox as a “sqauare” with connections all around it, that we put a TON of work into, why not keep that. the goal of the diagram is to have that in the center, atking about 1:9 of the area of the diagram, in the center (ie break it into 3x3 grid, and the smoothiebox is the center cell), and then all around this, are boxes that represent things like power supplies, stepper drivers, sprijdle drivers, endstop connectors, etc. they are postionned so they are “in front” of the corresponding smoothi.ebox (or smoothieboard) connector, so that their wires are as short as they can be/don’t have to cross too much, ie you do “good design”, you make it SMART, you make it look and feel nice. ok please try to do this. and take evertyhngi I’ve told you, and everything I’ve asked you to change and do as part of all the history of this page, and add them to a rules file / design file under docs/**.md, and add a line to this project’s CLAUDE.md that specifies that whet doing designs of diaagrmms for specific machines, we should always read and follow that design file. ok now update all 12 machines, and move ALL the data for ALL Machinnes (all 300) to per-machine html pages (under their own sub-folder ideall, and even sub-folders for machine types etc, be smart in how you organize this, ad and all the data should end on the .pages.dev site, so you might need to edit the publishing script too). go. and update the diagrmams as indicated too etc.

2026-10-02 correction: authoritative controller geometry and complete routes

This 2026-10-02 correction supersedes earlier controller-geometry and diagram-composition requests. Its all-solid conductor interpretation is retained as history but was superseded by the owner’s 2026-10-03 correction: source-reported paths are solid, GUESS paths are dotted with a visible explanatory sample, and OPEN boundaries stay disconnected.

Verbatim owner request

ok this is MUCH better, there are still big problems, but we can work on them. first, the smoothiebox, for some reason every time yo uceraet your own custom pinout. you should keep the “real” pinout of the smoothiebox from http://localhost:4178/docs/smoothie-central.html , you can “grey out” connectors you dno’t use, but they need to have the same positions and same pinouts etc, same connectors all around. second, your labels suck, C19-001 doesn’t help the user much, if it’s in some internal documentation you can keep it in grey under the “real” label, but it’s much better to gite it a descriptible name like « Relay DC + » or something. neyt, the wires, stop using dashed lines, use plain lines for everything. give them different colors depending on what they are, follow the conventions of http://localhost:4178/docs/smoothie-central.html . also no diagonals/curves, they should all be orthogonal, vertical/horizontal only, with rounded corners. your diagram should look a lot more like http://localhost:4178/docs/smoothie-central.html in terms of connectors and peripherals etc. for your smoothiebox representaiton keep the same diaghram as http://localhost:4178/docs/smoothie-central.html BUT without the internal wiring, and internal connectors and labels, you keep “only” the border green connectors and their “pill” labels. and labels showing “groupings” of connectors/areas. for ground pins you’re allowed (if it simplifies things a bit) to use the gnd “icons” on both ends instead of the full ground wire. I see a ton of places where you have stuff you could have wired, but you didn’t wire it, for example in https://smoothie-box-pinout-research.pages.dev/machine-control-pinout-survey/smoothiebox-machine-wiring/centered-mill-avid-ex-3.svg you have the endstop connections/switches, but you didn’t wire them to xmin, xmax, etc. also you have a spindle 0-10v input, in that case what you should have done, is put a 0-10v DAC adapter board (represented by a rectangle, OR if a board like this existsi in ~/dev/smoothieware/extension-boards/ use a render top-view of that board) between the smoothiebox and the 0-10v input, and show how it’s wired to the smoothiebox and wired to the input etc. show all of of works, show how somebody would wire all this, no matter what it is… (note any comment or note i have, and anything you “discover” as you work on this, you need to update docsr under docs/ with that information so you have it later on as you work on more machines and more diagrams… make this a rule in the CLAUDE.md to make sure this info will get added as needed in the future and kept track of). … if several wirings are possible (like the machine might take 0-10v or it might take pwm), then create diagrams for both, or sub-diagrams showngi how to wire that sub system in two ways. also always use the “best” connector for things, taking it safe, like if you are going to control a spindle with a pwm signal, don’t just use a “raw” 3.3v pin, intead use the PWM output of the laser control connector as it’s 0-5V and much more current capable, so it’s “safer”/more likely to work here. also the “boxes” on your side should be designed/built more like the smoothiebox is, like in https://smoothie-box-pinout-research.pages.dev/machine-control-pinout-survey/smoothiebox-machine-wiring/centered-mill-g2.svg the switches/sensor input thing shouldn’t just be a series of pins, but use real green screw terminal connectors etc, ideally grouped by axis (unless that’s not how it is on the real machine, if it’s a certain way on the real machine always follow that as close as you can, including using the same connector if you know what it is, etc). your smoothieboard v2 prime stuff is also terrible, we have proper diagrams/svgs of smotohieboard v2 prime, see somewhere under ~/dev/smoothieware, so re-use those, like file:///home/arthur/dev/smoothieware/smoothie-diagrams/docs/smoothieboard-v2-pcb-explorer.html but without the silk visible, but the svg connectors etc, the pcb, re-use all that for your v2-prime diagrams, use the connectors in the right positions etc. be smart about layout, if you use a smoothieboard v2-prime,a ndy uo have to show how to wire endstops to it, take your endstop “connectors” and “place” them near the smoothieboard endstop connectors so they don’t have to “go all the awy around” the board to be wired, and you can keep the wires short, be smart… ok that’s a lot, please re-do/improve the 12 diagrams according to all these new instructions, and keep track of these instrucions/save them someweher relevant under docs/ in a .md file, both verbatim, and unpacked.

Current mandatory rules unpacked

  1. Reuse the real SmoothieBox drawing at http://localhost:4178/docs/smoothie-central.html: preserve all exterior green connectors, exact positions, physical pinouts, pin pills and area/group labels. Remove only internal wiring, internal connectors and internal labels. Unused exterior connectors may be greyed out; do not rearrange or invent banks. Record the precise source asset and revision used.
  2. Reuse the actual V2 Prime PCB and SVG connectors from ~/dev/smoothieware/smoothie-diagrams/docs/smoothieboard-v2-pcb-explorer.html. Hide silkscreen while retaining the PCB, correct connector positions and physical pin identities. Do not substitute invented terminal banks.
  3. Descriptive electrical labels are primary, such as Relay DC +, X min signal and X min GND. Stable C-number identifiers may remain as secondary grey lookup text. Never use a C-number as the only useful wire label.
  4. Current line-style rule (owner correction, 2026-10-03): draw source-reported conductors as solid lines and every GUESS/proposed/unverified conductor as a dotted line, using the source drawing’s functional colour conventions independently of evidence state. Show a visible dotted legend sample labelled GUESS — proposed / unverified. Keep OPEN boundaries visibly disconnected. No line style or colour establishes fitment, electrical compatibility, or permission to energize. The earlier all-solid wording in the 2026-10-02 quotation remains verbatim historical context only.
  5. Route conductors horizontally and vertically with rounded corners. No diagonal segments or freeform curves. Keep peripherals near their corresponding physical controller connectors, with short routes and few crossings.
  6. Show complete wiring paths through every needed interface. Wire known endstop circuits to supported min/max inputs; show each signal and return and any required supply/conditioning. Missing fitted cavity identification remains a precise documented uncertainty, not a fabricated pin.
  7. For spindle0–10V control, include the required DAC/isolated analog interface and show controller-to-interface and interface-to-spindle wiring, power and references. Use a qualified existing extension-board top-view render when available, otherwise a clearly labelled functional rectangle with physical terminals and electrical requirements. An existing CAD/render is not proof of qualification.
  8. When supported interfaces offer alternatives, such as PWM versus0–10V, supply separate complete diagrams or subsystem diagrams. Label alternatives and mutually exclusive allocations; do not imply both simultaneously use one output.
  9. Choose suitable conditioned outputs when their sourced contracts support the device. Prefer the source’s0–5V laser PWM connector over a raw3.3V GPIO for compatible spindle PWM, verifying current, polarity, isolation/reference and input contract rather than assuming universal compatibility.
  10. Draw peripheral connectors with the physical connector language of the reference: green screw terminals where justified, axis grouping where appropriate, and the real fitted connector type/arrangement when known. Do not turn every peripheral into an unexplained pin list.
  11. Record each new owner instruction, source discovery, mapping decision, limitation and reusable design correction in these docs as work proceeds. Preserve the verbatim instruction plus an actionable interpretation and source references. Regenerate the public rules copy and both machine/detail projections when affected.

Its source case is2592×2880; preserve its aspect/relative positions within the central cell.
  • Chapter18 has24 exterior green connector banks. GA–GI are separate Gadgeteer header illustrations below the case, not extra border terminals. Reusing their electrical functions does not authorize inventing extra green border banks.
  • The requested Prime explorer builds from data/pcb-source/V2_P11_Prime2660/smoothiev2-prime-2660.kicad_pcb; existing machine evidence cites P12. Artwork andelectrical revision mustbe reconciled explicitly.
  • build_compact_gadgeteer_wiring.py:laser_stages() describes the external laser carrier as electrically unqualified, with output driver part/polarity/pullups unresolved. Prefer the intended conditioned PWM connector when a reviewed implementation meets the receiver contract; do not assert a proven current rating from this proposal.
  • Local Bouni BSM-A v01 analog CAD/render is a diagnostic/unqualified candidate (energize_allowed=false),not an approved analog interface. A visual render mustretain that qualification.
  • Manufacturer DFRobotDFR1036 GP8101S documents VCC3.3–5V,GND,D(PWM),VOUT/GND andselectable0–5V/0–10V output: https://wiki.dfrobot.com/dfr1036/ . Its common-ground topology requires receiver/reference review; it is not an isolated analog interface. Required inputpower, outputreference andseparate spindle-run path mustallbe shown.

Avid sensor interface completeness discovery

The existing Avid home/limit panels include signal/return routes as OPEN,buttheir generic isolation supply contact is unconnected. A complete proposed circuit mustinclude fieldpower, fieldreturn, sensorOUT,hostpower, hostreturn andconditionedoutput. The local inductive-proximity-sensor-adapter v01 defines selectablePNP/NPN (SJ2),NO/NC (SJ1),field12–24V andhost3.3–5V. Its hostJ3.1SIG goes toselectedendstopbank.3,J3.2GND_H tobank.2,J3.3 hostpower tobank.1 oraseparatelyspecifiedhostsource. Do notbondisolatedfield/hostgrounds implicitly.

This is a candidate circuit, notphysicalqualification: sensorleakage≤20µA,residual≤2V,hostpullup≤0.5mA andNO-mode MOSFET3.3V margin requirevalidation. The manufacturerDFR0911 interface rated12V is unsuitable as an unqualifiedsubstituteforAvid24V. Showthecompletecandidatewiring andexactconstraints ratherthanleaving anunnamedunpoweredinterfacebox. ResolveY2independenthomeassignment explicitly; do not silently call itZMIN.

Contact reconciliation before source geometry integration

The complete twelve-guide graph was matched against the sourced controller contact registry. It contains 497 controller contact occurrences with sourced physical anchors, 16 SmoothieBox accessory-header occurrences, and 9 context contacts without identified physical terminals. No explicitly numbered non-accessory controller contact lacks a source anchor. These counts include repeated uses across panels and are not unique physical pin counts.

Accessory GA–GI contacts must be drawn as separately identified header access, preserving their sourced geometry and fitment conditions. They must not become additional border screw-terminal banks. Context-only safety, enable or feedback functions remain explicit unresolved boundaries until an actual terminal is identified; they cannot acquire invented physical pin positions. The full reconciliation is retained at /tmp/atlas12-current-controller-contact-reconciliation.json against the frozen graph hash.

Accessory source extraction and readable headings

The source Gadgeteer header artwork stores its nine connector shells, eighteen headings and ninety pin-label pills as separate root-level SVG siblings. Copying the shell groups alone loses all printed terminal labels. The prepared centered-sources/smoothiebox-accessory-header-cards-ch18.svg retains all of these source elements and original positions; its complete raster has been inspected.

The source headings use white text above pale cards and require a readable annotation or a dark heading region in the derived machine layout. Preserve connector positions and pin assignments while fixing heading contrast. The original extracted asset remains evidence of the source geometry; do not mistake an empty-looking heading for an absent source label.

Avid proposed isolated sensor circuit: exact terminal schedule

This schedule is a proposed circuit using the local v01 sensor adapter, which remains physically unqualified. It records the intended wiring for the diagram; it does not establish that the fitted sensor, controller supply or assembled adapter meets the contract. The authoritative local design-contract.json domain net membership supplies the adapter pin numbers.

From To Function
Avid J7.1, retained +24 V sensor distribution Adapter J1.2, VIN_RAW Field supply into adapter protection
Avid J7.2, retained sensor 0 V Adapter J1.1, GF Field return
Adapter J2.2, VF Sensor M12.1 Protected sensor supply
Adapter J2.1, GF Sensor M12.3 Sensor field return
Sensor M12.4 Adapter J2.3, SENSOR_IN Sensor output
Adapter J3.1, SIG Selected XMIN/XMAX/YMIN/YMAX/ZMIN/ZMAX bank pin3 Conditioned host input
Adapter J3.2, GND_H Same bank pin2 Host return
Verified host supply at3.3–5 V Adapter J3.3, host supply Host-side power; confirm available current and fitted bank pin1 rail before selecting it

Keep GF and GND_H as different ground domains. The host cable order is SIG/GND/power; an ordinary controller header is power/GND/signal. Cross signal and power positions deliberately rather than drawing a straight one-to-one cable. Verify the M12 mating-face view and actual axis port before using its cavity numbers.

Select SJ2 for the actual NPN or PNP sensor, and SJ1 for its actual NO or NC function. Do not infer these from axis direction. The intended host logic is LOW when healthy and idle, released/HIGH when triggered, with a host pull-up drawing at most0.5 mA. Record the chosen firmware homing/input assignment independently; the extra Y2 sensor must not silently become ZMIN.

The contract does not detect every fault. An NO sensor cable break can look idle, and an incorrect NPN/PNP selection in NO mode can prevent a target from being reported. NC operation with the correct selectors has a different fault response. Show these distinctions in the circuit notes; do not describe the candidate as universally fail-safe or as a safety isolation device. Actual sensor leakage, residual voltage, timing and3.3 V output margin remain qualification checks.

The existing graph records retained distribution-to-sensor supply routes. If the protected J2 supply arrangement is selected, retain their source provenance and identifiers as the original architecture, and explicitly record the changed proposed path through J1/J2. Never leave two alternative supplies simultaneously connected in the current drawing.

Local spindle analog interface: complete source contract

The Bouni analog v01 board is an unqualified retained prototype and is marked unsuitable for fabrication pending review. Its diagram may explain its intended interface, with that status visible. It is not interchangeable with a generic5 V-powered PWM DAC.

Source or controller function Local board terminal Destination or purpose
Receiver-compatible host PWM J1.7, PWM_IN Speed optocoupler input through its220 Ω resistor
Separate host run GPIO J1.6, RUN_EN Run optocoupler input
Host signal return J1.10, GND Host optocoupler return
VFD10 V reference output J3.1,10V IN Field-side analog supply; verify available reference current
J3.2,0–10V OUT VFD analog speed input Analog speed reference
J3.3, GND VFD VFD analog common Analog return
J3.4, RUN VFD forward/run input Floating phototransistor collector
J3.5, DCM VFD digital common Floating phototransistor emitter

The board consumes no local power from the Gadgeteer3.3 V/5 V rails; those rails are forwarded to its chain header. Do not invent an external12/24 V power input. Its analog stage uses the VFD10 V reference, with a contract load estimate up to3.1 mA; the selected VFD must support that load.

Its host LED resistors were designed around3.3 V GPIO drive. The conditioned SmoothieBox5 V PWM output must not be substituted without verifying the receiver input contract and drive current. A suitable5 V-compatible DAC alternative can use that conditioned field output; the selected circuit determines which connector is appropriate.

Preserve host GND separately from GND VFD. Analog common and digital common are distinct named VFD terminals; do not join them merely because both labels contain “common.” The RUN phototransistor is polarity-sensitive and has unverified VFD wetting-current assumptions; do not depict it as an unrestricted relay contact.

The contract predicts roughly9.6 V full scale rather than a verified exact10 V, assumes an analog load of at least10 kΩ, and leaves PWM transfer/timing, boot state, fitted firmware mapping and VFD interface compatibility unresolved. Separate spindle power and drive/motor wiring remains necessary; this board supplies only speed reference and run command, with no feedback input or motor power output.

2026-10-02 source adapter review: geometry and caller constraints

The first ChatGPT 6 Pro review batch supplied complete source-artwork and orthogonal-routing module proposals. Their bytes are recovered under /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/2026-10-02_03-00-22-atlas-source-geometry-packet/recovered-b1/; they are not applied or accepted machine diagrams. The twelve-machine renderer, graph amendments and page integration remain outstanding.

Reusable implementation decisions:

  • Fit the complete SmoothieBox border crop uniformly; preserve its 2592 × 2880 case proportions, 24 banks, 82 contacts, sibling pin pills and grouping labels. Connect at actual screw centres; retain the source north/south five-unit wire-anchor offset separately as provenance.
  • Namespace embedded SVG IDs and every reference, scope its CSS, and preserve mask dependencies. Restore Prime maskUnits case lost through HTML extraction. Confirm appearance in a rendered view before accepting.
  • Keep Prime P11 illustrated geometry separate from P12 electrical correspondence. Apply only the demonstrated J16 translation; retain all repeated-number pad shapes and coordinates. A PCB pad locator is not proof of a mating-face pin orientation. Use the illustrated 3.5 mm motor screw-terminal row, retaining the alternate row as source evidence.
  • Tiny original pills need larger descriptive annotations and readable connector schedules; moving contacts is not a readability remedy.
  • Separate conductor function/colour from SOURCE/GUESS/OPEN evidence. Open endpoints have solid disconnected stubs and explicit text. Ground-symbol substitutions require a matching named electrical domain; they never imply protective earth, shielding or safety equivalence.
  • Preserve the current render_centered_wiring(guide) -> str caller contract. Coordinate a separately named current subsystem/alternative renderer with both builders. Select exactly one data-diagram-role="main" figure for the compact index. Keep current details visible separately from retained history.
  • Preserve existing panel/edge order and all 1016 IDs. Append new records and retain explicit before/after reasons for corrected endpoints; supported alternatives must have exclusive allocations.

The subsequent review now has full native sensor/Bouni top-view images, exact interface contracts and the current root instructions. These resolve the first batch’s missing-image and missing-CLAUDE-baseline limitations; they do not establish physical qualification. The existing local rules and discoveries are preserved through additive reconciliation rather than replacing them with the earlier proposed documentation baseline.

Source-artwork raster limitations found during B1 rendering

The installed adapter rendered Box82 contacts, Prime213 contacts and GA–GI90 contacts successfully into SVG/PNG artifacts. Root inspected /tmp/atlas-b1-artwork-previews/smoothiebox-mixed.png and prime-mixed.png: CairoSVG output retains colour on unused connectors, and source white bank headings are nearly invisible. These pixels do not satisfy grey-unused/readable-label acceptance. Unsupported filter/paint-order handling is a hypothesis, not an established cause. Browser local-file verification was rejected by the browser URL security policy; no alternate route around that restriction was attempted. Preserve source geometry and resolve appearance with explicit, portable SVG presentation in the coordinated renderer; retain prior bytes and inspect final output.

B1 portable appearance correction: inspected result

The derived source adapter now writes explicit neutral-grey fill/stroke values for unused artwork and dark, stroke-free bank/card heading text. This avoids reliance on colour-matrix filters and paint-order text halos. Source assets remain unchanged; contact coordinates, IDs, order and uniform transforms match the prior preview. Root inspected corrected mixed Box, mixed Prime and GA–GI PNGs in /tmp/atlas-b1-portable-artwork-fix/: unused artwork is grey, used functional colours remain, and headings are visible at source scale. Full-machine compact-scale annotations, routing and browser acceptance remain pending. Original proposal and failed previews are retained.

B1 receipt correction

The original portable-artwork receipt incorrectly stated “No production edits or tests.” One production file, controller_artwork.py, was edited for explicit greying and heading paints; no tests were added or run. The original receipt is retained, with an additive correction at /tmp/atlas-b1-portable-artwork-fix/receipt-correction.json. This correction does not establish completion of the twelve machine diagrams.

Conditional graph proposal qualification checks

The fallback graph proposal preserves every original panel and all1016 existing records, appending73 conditional records for Avid sensor conditioning and spindle interfaces. Static preservation is confirmed; electrical and visual acceptance remain pending. A primary label stating a fixed0–5V output must not conceal the SmoothieBox carrier stage’s proposed/unqualified driver status. Bouni forwarded host rails must not be presented as consumed analog-board power. Superseded panel numbers require explicit one-based/index interpretation shared by the graph and renderer. These corrections are requested before application; original graph bytes remain intact.

Rejected fallback renderer proposal: complete circuit coverage

The first fallback renderer proposal selected only controller-incident records for the main diagram. This omits downstream driver-to-motor, supply, sensor-conditioning, DAC-to-VFD and return connections. Retaining those records in separate terminal-pair lists does not satisfy the owner’s request for a main diagram showing how to wire the complete machine. The proposal is not applied.

Independent static review at /tmp/atlas12-sol-renderer-static-review.json also identifies stripped physical terminal functions, synthetic ordinal pin labels, generic screw glyphs replacing DB25/IC connector distinctions, unchecked wire/text clearance and unreadable fixed-height labels. Corrected proposals must retain actual device identities and terminal functions, render whole subsystem circuits, separate exclusive alternatives from history, and include a visible functional/evidence legend. Exact source anchors alone do not establish a useful or accepted machine diagram. Rendered acceptance remains outstanding for all twelve profiles.

Source identities for the added Avid circuits

The pending conditional circuits use these exact local source revisions. These contracts describe design intent and connector schedules; they do not certify assembled hardware.

Bare source_contracts labels in a graph are not usable source links in the installation page. The page projection must explicitly connect each added panel to its contract/source evidence and explain the exact claim supplied. Original Avid receiver pin assignments remain supported by their retained machine source rather than inferred from the adapter contract. No published replacement diagram has yet been accepted.

Positive command references are not ground

Static source inspection identifies21 common-anode or explicitly positive-reference records in the twelve-guide graph. For example, DQ860MA X-axis STEP/DIR/ENABLE optocoupler feeds (wiki-134 C02-003/C02-006/C02-009) run from power.v5 to driver positive inputs. A colour classifier must use the actual electrical function and endpoint source roles. The words “common” or “reference” alone must not turn a positive supply into a ground conductor. Distinct returns remain separate regardless of shared colour. Exact records are retained in /tmp/atlas12-positive-reference-colour-review.json; this is static evidence, not rendered acceptance.

Conditional graph source update saved

Root applied the reviewed conditional graph proposal: all1016 original records and their panel order remain unchanged, with73 added Avid sensor/spindle records (1089 total). Added source links and an explicit one-based superseded panel-number convention are saved. Integration receipt: /tmp/atlas12-conditional-graph-integration-receipt.json. The current renderer/builders and machine drawings have not yet been replaced or regenerated; the data update does not establish complete-main visual acceptance. Retained851-main source history remains intact.

Historical note: 2026-10-02 all-solid GUESS prose revision (superseded)

Historical record, retained verbatim from the earlier all-solid interpretation: The twelve current graph plans now describe solid function-coloured GUESS conductors, with evidence status retained as text. Avid spindle instructions distinguish the nonisolated DFR1036 speed path, separately rated supply, independent isolated RUN command and unqualified Bouni diagnostic alternative. The Bouni field-reference sentence and matching added-edge qualification notes are corrected. Existing physical endpoints and source records are preserved; these text changes do not assert that the old published SVGs already use the revised appearance. Receipt: /tmp/atlas12-conditional-graph-v3-prose-integration-receipt.json.

Current audit (2026-10-03): every one of the twelve centered-guides.json setup plans still contains the obsolete phrase Solid function-coloured GUESS routes. The 2026-10-03 owner correction requires SOURCE solid, GUESS dotted with an explanatory dotted legend sample, and OPEN disconnected. Correct all twelve plan fields and regenerate their paired machine pages after the active isolated wiki-134 render releases the source graph.

Source-contact escape routing: preserve neighbouring pins

Independent static review of the pending corrected renderer finds that a straight leader from an interior source pad to the nearest board edge can cross another real connector pin. Prime J42.2 at source coordinate(18.15,77.8) has J42.1 at(14.65,77.8) on its westward escape; the J36.9 northward escape can meet J36.10/J35.10. The exact source anchors must remain unchanged. Plan a short orthogonal escape around neighbouring connector artwork, including unused connectors; do not move the physical anchor or disguise the collision as a generic terminal. These are source-coordinate examples, not new machine pin assignments. Corrected emitted paths and final pixels still need acceptance.

Main-selection counts must enumerate excluded alternative circuits rather than assume all omitted records are superseded. Optional rotary, optional laser and alternative laser-trigger arrangements need explicit complete subsystem drawings and allocation conditions. The all-record source inventory remains1089 regardless of which mutually exclusive installation is drawn as current.

Added circuit evidence covers both ends

Each of the nine added Avid sensor/spindle panels now cites the retained Avid24.1 receiver schematic page and CRP5310-01E PDF, alongside its new interface contract. The isolated RUN panel additionally cites the retained ULN2003A and AQY212GS component sources and exact archived Panasonic catalog extract. Evidence URLs are deduplicated; eighteen links were added without changing wiring. Receipt: /tmp/atlas12-added-circuit-evidence-integration.json. A controller or adapter pinout alone does not establish receiver compatibility.

First real corrected-renderer attempt: source escape blocked

Root attempted isolated SF-A9 (wiki-205) SVG/PNG generation using frozen renderer13515882 and the live1089-record source. The process exited1 before creating an SVG: J35.6: no source-side orthogonal escape clear of sourced contact centres. Exact traceback is retained at /tmp/atlas12-render-13515882-wiki205-01/failure.txt. This is an actual generation failure, not a pixel result or a test. The renderer must find a viable short orthogonal path from the unchanged real pad, without omitting the conductor, moving its anchor or changing its evidence to OPEN as a workaround. No production drawing was changed by the failed isolated attempt.

The independent final source review also identifies UM (wiki-222) C07-003 shared VFET bed-supply connectivity as an internal factory net. Preserve its source identity and explain that existing connectivity; do not depict it as an owner-fitted external bypass. Both corrections are with the existing renderer fallback worker.

Corrected renderer: actual route gates progressed

Isolated SF-A9 generation cleared the original J35.6 escape failure after a source-side route correction. A subsequent motor-return route failed; the corrected proposal uses the owner-authorized paired ground-symbol representation for exact motor0V/J9.2 terminals, retaining GUESS qualification and a named return domain. The latest trial reaches the final all-conductor audit but fails because X/Y limit signal routes C01-001 and C02-001 touch at a bend or terminal. This requires a real cross-panel routing correction; the audit must not be relaxed and neither signal may be omitted. No corrected SVG/PNG is produced yet. The terminal attempts, including a guarded candidate-transfer failure, are retained in /tmp/atlas12-isolated-render-attempts.jsonl. These are generation attempts, not tests, publication or visual acceptance.

Reserved conductor escape review — 2026-10-02

Actual isolated wiki-205 rendering of immutable renderer 034b3d1b failed before producing an SVG: X minimum return C01-002 had no escape clear of already routed conductors. The preceding 36310544 revision failed at the Y maximum signal C05-001. Signals must remain complete wires; a routing failure does not justify dropping them or changing evidence status. Named return symbols may use exact terminal anchors without requiring a successful wire escape. Both failures are retained; all twelve production drawings still await corrected rendering and publication. The proposed page builders now reject missing or duplicate MAIN figures and incomplete source-record projections before per-profile asset writes; runtime integration remains unverified. A temporary shell write encountered Disk quota exceeded on /tmp; the latest runtime receipt was saved successfully under /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-runtime-034b3d1b-receipt.json.

Repeated OPEN physical terminals — 2026-10-02

Actual isolated renderer24bad013 reached air-pump panel C07-003 and exited1 without an SVG. The authored pump panel has four OPEN edges because fitted ratings and leads are unverified. Its stage.p contact appears in both C07-001 and C07-003. The renderer reserved the first disconnected stub as an unrelated conductor and then rejected every escape from that same physical terminal. It also attempted a complete hidden route even though OPEN paints only separate stubs. The required correction is disconnected physical-terminal stubs with consistent same-anchor identity and retained per-edge evidence, not a fabricated pump connection or a downgrade of a supported wire. The exact failure and exit receipt are retained in /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-render-24bad013-wiki205-01/.

Page projection guard review accepted — 2026-10-02

Independent read-only D5 review confirms both reported guard defects are resolved in frozen proposed builders: each selected machine requires exactly one current MAIN figure before per-profile writes, and projection validation reconciles every original and added record across main, alternatives, retained circuits and subsystem manifests. All 1016 original endpoint/state/function records remain unchanged within 1089 current records. Reviewed implementation hashes: centered builder7385bd7634dbfe9331831cd58f72db49c0bff6607b619a01d9c0b3e00ec423f3; page builder2d9be0b89060639b08dba63e72a4aa8e963b718362d71b320fa1e1b62e7257bf. Corrected renderer installation, actual full output, visible geometry and publication remain required. Receipt: /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-builder-review/independent-D5-fix-review-7385bd76.json.

The exhaustive current-source OPEN-terminal inventory confirms23 repeated physical terminal keys across twelve guides. Exact per-record CID/state references and mixed supported-wire contexts are saved in /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-reused-open-terminal-inventory.json, tied to source SHA231174edf03cd86c1edc243f78909b5be9022547d6357ae93113c11f0725ed7d. This defines the correction scope; every referenced record must remain represented even where its physical stub is drawn once.

Effective OPEN evidence contract — 2026-10-02

Renderer328a769d replaces hidden full routes for authored OPEN edges with short per-physical-terminal stubs and retains every record and exact endpoint anchor. Root reviewed and froze its bytes, then started an actual isolated wiki205 render as session62940 with validated running Ilium monitor392; rendered output remains unaccepted until terminal result and pixels. Independent narrow builder review found a separate schema mismatch: unsourced controller contacts can force an authored SOURCE/GUESS edge to render OPEN, but the initial planner handles only authored OPEN edges. Those effective OPEN records must use the same disconnected-terminal metadata while keeping original graph_state. Builder guards must require empty full-route points and matching per-side terminal IDs, anchors and context dispositions. The existing fallback owns this correction; no production renderer or builders have been replaced.

Genmitsu fixed-direction allocation source confirmation — 2026-10-02

The Prime P11 native KiCad file was read directly: J35 pin10 is GND; file SHA c0d77f1fac1859ba3b03a6476ba8354763c09edc0a758fb0fc9c5fcf91af4627. The manufacturer-authored Cytron MD10C R3.0 User Manual Rev3.0 V1.0 Aug2018 page7 identifies control pins1 GND/2 PWM/3 DIR and the PWM-high/DIR-low Forward state. This supports an explicit proposed J35.10 logic-return allocation for mill-g2 C04-005, whose existing stable endpoint DIR0 label is generic. It does not establish the fitted spindle rotation or hardware qualification; retain GUESS and existing motor-lead checks. Root will update the label/source explanation after the active328a render terminates, preserving original endpoint IDs, states and function text. Motor-phase routing gates and fixed DIR integration — 2026-10-02

Two actual isolated previews terminated with exit1 before producing an SVG: wiki205 renderer328a769d C10-004 motor phase leg exhausted64 route candidates; K40 laserplot02 renderer1e3f926a C05-004 motor phase A1 had no escape clear of earlier conductors. The disconnected-terminal correction progressed beyond its earlier failure. Complete motor legs remain mandatory; they must not be dropped, rendered as ground symbols or downgraded to OPEN solely to pass layout. A systemic future-terminal corridor or route-backtracking correction is owed. Root recovered both final handles, then cleared terminal aggregate monitor400 (which replaced pane392 while preserving both job identities). No render remains active.

Genmitsu mill-g2 panel4 DIR0 now explicitly names J35.10 GND and its check explains the proposed branch to MD10C control pin3 DIR. Native Prime PCB and manufacturer page7 support this proposed fixed-low allocation; installed state remains GUESS. Source graph SHA is c9146783899810f2062167b1560cfab5e12ea92dbe77e612133cd195b53083eb, all1089records retained and stable edge endpoint/state/function fields unchanged. Routing search crossings and complete lead paths — 2026-10-02

Source review identified a conditional routing defect: a crossing that lands on an A* grid vertex is treated as a drawn conductor terminal by the original intersection checker. Reserved-grid axes use vertex coordinates plus/minus lane pitch, so this does not prove every crossing or the exact earlier failure cause. The proposed primitive distinguishes virtual search endpoints while preserving actual bend/terminal collision checks and final simplified-path audit. Its matching renderer pre-reserves source-contact leads for future non-ground wires.

Actual isolated wiki205 rendering of renderer9144f65e with primitive6d482244 exited1 at complete-path reconstruction with Backtracking conductor segment is ambiguous. No SVG was produced; the next K40 profile was not reached. Same-net lead reservations can permit a candidate route to reverse over its own escape, so candidate validation must reject that full path and try alternatives, rather than fail outside the retry loop or remove the connection. Monitor405 terminal report and session78852 exit were recovered and cleared. Original trace and receipts are under /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-render-9144f65e-crossing-01/.

The isolated rendering helper now accepts an exact –primitives proposal and records the loaded source-data SHA and primitive SHA; production modules remain unchanged. New source contracts and diagrams remain subject to all twelve rendering and publication gates.

Successful routing and rejected spacing — 2026-10-02

Immutable renderer4c0286f6 with primitiveff5ead4c produced actual wiki205 and K40 SVG/PNG previews with exit0. Root inspected both final PNGs and rejected their spacing: excessive blank canvas, small controller and labels, and devices too far from their corresponding connectors. Successful routing does not establish visual acceptance. Exact artifacts and hashes are retained in /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-pixel-review-4c0286.json.

The same pair next failed on base11 GA.1 source escape before producing its SVG. Chapter18 GA–GI accessory source cards use12-unit pads on20-unit pitch; the main-board24-unit pad exclusion cannot fit between them. Proposed extension-only scale-aware clearance retains all exact source contact anchors. A compact source-centered layout proposal replaces the arbitrary9000-unit minimum, pending actual routing and pixel inspection. The other nine named machines are being rendered in one keep-going batch under monitor415; its results are not yet known.

The canonical Genmitsu article now contains the sourced fixed-direction option for C04-005, retaining GUESS and earlier prose. Paired local detail/index regeneration has started; this does not imply revised diagram acceptance or public byte verification.

Full twelve-machine routing inventory and compact candidate — 2026-10-02

Renderer4c0286f6/primitiveff5ead4c completes six of twelve actual main SVGs (wiki205, laserplot02, wiki132, millg2, wiki206, Schaublin). The remaining six fail: base11 and MH50V GA.1; wiki134/wiki135 GE.3; Avid GF.3; wiki222 J36.6 future-lead collision. All twelve were attempted and records retained; no drawing or conductor was silently omitted. Nine-profile receipt: /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-render-4c0286f6-nine-01/receipt.json.

Immutable compact renderer c910d8b6 with ff5ead4c successfully renders wiki205, laserplot02 and base11, proving the exact extension-card escape correction advances Sherline routing. Root inspected all three PNGs, but visual acceptance remains failed: inherited three-column circuit frames retain unused controller-column space and cause small labels and long switch leads. Compact circuit frames must fit actual visible devices instead. Pixel review: /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-pixel-review-c910d8b6.json. The other nine compact candidates are running under monitor422; results remain unknown.

Genmitsu canonical note, local detail and compact index link are now paired and saved; detail contains one dated fixed-direction note, compact index links to it once. Receipt /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-genmitsu-incremental-html-receipt.json. Public byte readback and revised visual acceptance remain unverified.

Remaining completed preview pixel inspection — 2026-10-02

Root inspected actual PNGs for wiki132, millg2, wiki206 and Schaublin from completed4c0286 nine-profile batch. All four remain visually unaccepted: blank separation and small labels persist; Prime wires need connector-local readable references rather than footer-only identity. Schaublin mostly has unsupported machine interfaces, so visual emptiness must not be fixed by invented conductors or fabricated receiver contacts. Exact per-profile render hashes and findings: /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-pixel-review-4c0286-nine.json. Together with earlier two laser pixel inspections, every successfully generated4c0286 main image is now reviewed; six failures still prevented those other images.

Measured peripheral frames and dense-header lead search — 2026-10-02

Root source review of immutable proposed renderer8b3d5b1b confirms empty inherited device columns are removed from measured panel widths, title/caption bands use actual available width, and panel ordering follows exact controller source contact coordinates. This addresses observed small-label/blank-panel defects but has not yet been rendered. The J36.6 future-lead failure occurs after source escape generation; proposed deterministic bounded backtracking revisits earlier reserved leads rather than moving source pads or omitting wires. A20000-assignment search limit is a computational bound, not proof no route exists. Connector-local labels and final all12 pixels remain owed. Root frozen review: /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-render-candidates/8b3d5b1b99789bfdec6c49367377a169289a1a73486175b2e7f5d40b66f05418/root-source-review.json; independent read-only guard/layout review assigned to existing page verifier. Active compact-nine monitor422 remains the sole job poller.

Preserve dated research notes during current-section regeneration — 2026-10-02

Source inspection found the proposed centered builder replaces the entire centered-start/end current section. That would erase the newly appended Genmitsu fixed-direction research note, even though equivalent electrical checks may appear in rebuilt rows. Explicit research-addendum markers and exact-byte idempotent carry-forward are required: preserve authored dated note content without retaining obsolete main figures/captions as current. Existing HTML owner is marking only the new note; builder proposer owns temporary preservation patch. No production generator is changed yet. Independent read-only review found no static blockers in8b3d5b1b measured-layout/source-lead changes, compatible with523c91 guard schema; runtime and pixels remain unverified. Receipt: /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-builder-review/independent-layout-lead-review-8b3d5b1b.json.

Connector-local identification must not hide conductors — 2026-10-02

Readable Prime connector identity is required at used source positions; tiny footer schedules alone are insufficient. Proposed source-margin pad/net chips ca1615 retain exact source contacts and separate grey annotation leaders from coloured field wires. Root source review found the chip rectangles were painted without inclusion in routing/overlap obstacles, so a fixed margin width alone does not prove text or conductor clearance. The proposal remains unaccepted pending measured obstacle integration and actual pixels. Source-net text must wrap when necessary rather than suppressing contacts. Original drawing source pads and conductor identities must remain unchanged.

Genmitsu dated research note is now uniquely marked and immutable1280-byte original saved: /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-genmitsu-fixed-dir-authored-addendum.html SHAa476ce1fcf7a6cd227ccad95da51521bbe81a7110a95ace3a6394b25a231090f. Builder2ce7a143 corrects earlier reversed-current-section ordering and requires exactlyone current replacement. Independent narrow preservation review assigned; root has not installed or executed proposed builder.

Current wiring prose must match solid-wire convention — 2026-10-02

A recursive current-graph inspection found25 remaining dotted/dashed references in current circuit notes, installation instructions and edge checks, beyond previously corrected top-level plan prose. Exact inventory: /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-current-legacy-wire-prose-inventory.json. Proposed25 exact replacements use written GUESS status; all affected edge checks already haveguess state. Historical_architecture text is excluded and retained. Prepared baseline-guarded patch /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-current-wire-prose-replacements.json is not yet applied because active compact-nine renderer loaded graphSHAc9146783; preserve that source-freeze until terminalnotification. No original edge endpoints, states or functions change.

Independent authored-note review confirms2ce7a143 marker ordering, uniqueness and rawUTF8 preservation statically. Restoration/readback checks occur after asset writes in that proposal; pure restoration should be staged before output writes to narrow partial-update risk. Root requested bounded correction. Review /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-builder-review/independent-authored-note-review-2ce7a143.json.

Source-tag and research preparation proposal — 2026-10-02

Root froze independently copied rendererb33c5e5e and builder7e107d23 after verifying announcedSHA bytes. Child temporary SHA paths were hardlinked to mutable names due quota, so independent root copies are the trustworthy review baselines. Renderer places complete source-contact tags after routing, excluding actual conductor segments and peripheral/tag rectangles; exact pad badges remain anchored. Annotation leader paths still require pixel inspection because their clearance check covers other tags, not all device frames. No final visual acceptance is claimed.

Builder7e107 stages subsystem bytes/hash manifests and all pure current-section restoration/exactresearchblock/sourcebaseline checks beforefirstassetwrite, correcting the independent review finding. Postwrite byte readback remains necessary. Root reviewed exact diff and requested narrow independent verification. Both proposals remain staged, not productioninstalled/executed. Active compact-nine monitor422 still owns job notification; paired old page-generator session77265 result remains unrecovered.

Peripheral connector shells belong to a connector, not each pin — 2026-10-02

Source inspection of proposed rendererb33c5e5e _contact_shell shows a small D-sub outline drawn independently at every contact of a DB25/DB44 node. That visually suggests many connectors rather than one peripheral connector with numbered pins. The requested drawing needs one identifiable connector shell/bank containing all supported numbered contacts; mating face/orientation remains explicitly unverified where the source does not establish it. Source-supported screw-terminal strips/interface banks should show their actual grouping, while unsupported field leads remain generic rather than fabricating fitted connector details. This is a visual acceptance requirement; renderer worker was asked to correct the existing peripheral representation without changing logical endpoint IDs or inventing physical pin schedules.

Recovered terminal state and current prose integration — 2026-10-02

Existing render handle36188 returned terminal exit143 without a normal receipt; the cause is unknown. No process was stopped by root. Retained compact-nine artifacts contain two successes (mill-g2, wiki-206), five routing failures, interrupted MH50V and unreached Schaublin. Authoritative recovery receipt: /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-render-c910d8b6-nine-01/recovered-terminal-receipt.json. Progress status was corrected from stale running to error; terminal monitor lifecycle still awaits acknowledgement. Future render launchers must retain subprocess exit evidence and finalize progress even when the renderer is terminated. These previews do not establish visual acceptance.

After terminal release, applied exactly25 prepared current-prose corrections from dotted wording to written GUESS status. Graph SHA67aebba3404f34f8dd04fa80475fe5cf225e966bad1a826fd5ec639777e28e68 preserves all1089 records, endpoints, states, functions and historical architecture. Receipt: /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-current-prose-integration-receipt.json. No new graph drawings have been generated or published.

Existing Genmitsu paired HTML handle77265 completed exit0. Canonical and generated detail each retain exactlyone fixed-DIR research start marker; canonical SHA74d598a352c8e7f4586084223e605b6c539b628af5d356c7b3cb36bf72bb7af0, detail SHAdd04d70c3533bfe42c23701a01274ec254d71698f5df17b2b455759e02b3df55. Compact index SHA253cc863523e3e6610a17f03074ba644458be7527ae10ffcd6a364f2028687d7 remains compact. Exact authored-block byte readback is recorded separately.

Readback correction: canonical research block is byte-identical; generated detail retains authored prose and markers but the existing page builder serializes link attribute order and rewrites source JSON to its owned local asset. Exact-detail-byte assertion failed for these transformations, so detail semantic/asset verification is pending independent review rather than claimed byte preservation.

Recovered compact-nine PNGs mill-g2/wiki-206 were both inspected and rejected for sparse three-column switch panels, long leads and tiny source labels. Receipt /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-pixel-review-c910-nine-recovered.json. Independent Genmitsu paired readback passed exact canonical1280-byte note, identical detail prose, one marker pair per page, unchanged manufacturer link and identical owned JSON asset bytes; public deployment unverified. Receipt /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-builder-review/independent-genmitsu-authored-note-paired-readback.json. Added isolated render supervisor9670427c to retain subprocess exit and finalize stale status; AST inspected, not executed; supervisor termination itself still requires authoritative handle recovery.

Renderer proposals e87421dd and subsequent shell-clearance62e85443 were independently frozen and source-reviewed. Whole logical connector shells, measured footer schedule, future device lead reservations and full source-to-border pad corridor replace the observed flawed mechanisms; neither is accepted from source inspection alone. First-three e874 isolated render is active under monitor447/session46556 on graph67aebba3; root freezes graph until terminal handling. Old monitor422 was cleared after authoritative recovered exit143 and saved failure evidence. Shell-extent62e proposal arrived after trial launch and remains next-candidate history; no existing job was restarted.

Actual e874 first-three exit1 recovered: base-11 SVG/PNG generated, wiki-205 and K40 failed J35.6 source escape (regression versus c910). Full-corridor clearance proposal therefore remains unaccepted; same worker owns narrow correction. Base-11 pixels show compacted occupied columns and contained footer, but one physical8760 DB25 is fragmented into repeated ground/command shells; shared physical identity must be explicit or consolidated. Receipt /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-pixel-review-e874-base11.json. Monitor447 terminal handled/cleared. Isolated62e remaining-nine trial started session9235/monitor450, source67a frozen; not final acceptance.

Receipt /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-builder-review/independent-pagebuilder-production-comparison-2d9be0b.json. No production installation/runtime/closure acceptance inferred.

Actual62e remaining-nine completed exit1 withzero SVG/PNG successes. This is a renderer regression, not evidence to remove source contacts or conductors. Future device lead reservation must validate the same full obstacle/clearance set as field routing; selecting the first lead from a narrower obstacle set can leave an endpoint protected or suppress alternate viable leads. Source-pad search must retain all exact anchors and all-pad final audit while exploring valid narrow and full-corridor alternatives. Worker owns correction, root owns actual rerender. Monitor450 handled/cleared; source67a remainedunchanged.

Renderer024be438 independently frozen and full source diff inspected: source detour explores local and full-corridor alternatives with unchanged final all-pad audit; peripheral lead distance68+ clears28-unit shell plus9+8-unit routing margin; lead planner and route use one identical obstacle helper with endpoint/prefix checks and bounded20000-assignment backtracking. Sherline ground/command cards explicitly identify shared physical8760 DB25 pin subsets rather than separate installed connectors. These are proposed mechanisms, not accepted drawings. All12 isolated keepgoing render started session8159 with validated/registered monitor455 on frozen source67a and primitiveff5e; no productionrenderer/HTMLgeneration installed.

Prime source-label correction must retain readable full Jxx.pin/function boxes beside controller artwork and exact physical pad badges. A footer-only fallback would repeat the rejected tiny-source-label defect, even if it makes generation pass. Worker retained this requirement and proposes measured extra local tag lanes plus allocation by available clear slots; actual conductor/panel exclusion and failure on no readable slot remain mandatory. Preserve matched unipolar cable; joined centre taps cannot be treated as a direct four-wire bipolar conversion. Earlier broad claim that manufacturer motor functions are unpublished must be narrowed to the unresolved fitted interface. Source: https://www.sherline.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/67127inst.pdf . Monitor 496 terminal handled: source 3f4c unchanged; five rendered candidates and seven failures. Prime bank label placement fails on six profiles; Avid C28-008 reaches 161321 grid points versus 160000 bound. Exit 1 retained; monitor cleared only after terminal receipt recovery. Pre-route measured label reservations proposed; acceptance remains pending.

2026-10-02 — Preplanned label trial terminal evidence

Renderer5d70d62 produced8/12 isolated SVG/PNG pairs and4 explicit failures; source3f4c unchanged, exit1 recovered, monitor534 cleared after terminal handling. Failed: wiki132 Xboard.g endpoint escape; Genmitsu Zconnector bounded-route collision; Avid sensor C30-003 finite grid470×385=180950 exceeds180000; wiki206J42 label cannot fit with planned leads/panels. No production drawings replaced and no full acceptance inferred. Same proposal worker correcting actual geometric restrictions; avoid accumulating small budget-only changes. Terminal receipt: /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-render-5d-all-01/receipt.json.

Actual5d Prime closeups inspected for wiki205/K40/Ultimaker2. Bankfunctional descriptions outsidePCB are readable; K40/Ultimakerground-symbol endstopannotations still overlapconnector/blackPCB with unreadabledarktext. This is a visualacceptanceblocker even whenrenderer returnsSVG. Relocate annotations outsidePCB or reuse existingfunctionalbanklabel while retaining exactpad/domain proof. Rootreceipt /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-5d-source-label-pixel-review.json. Sherlineconditional67127 lead-to-DIN panel independentlysourcechecked and appended12records; currentgraphf6f1daad preserves1089priorrecords and allotherguides,1101total. Originalmotorcavityinventory untouched. Fittedvariant/receptaclemapping remainsqualified. Newdrawingsnotyetgenerated.

2026-10-02 — Joint label/lead plan and qualified Sherline connector faces

Actual five-d trial failures retained; new d58 renderer and 2a primitive reviewed as exact paired artifacts. Local coordinate windows reduce candidate grid size but retain every obstacle and conductor collision check. Source bank labels and pad escapes are planned together; unused terminal lead alternatives commit only after a successful route. Prime ground labels use the external descriptive bank label instead of unreadable duplicate text over black PCB. Scoped proposed home-return symbols remain edge-specific GUESS, not a protective-earth or cross-domain bond. Independent static review has no actionable blockers; rendering and visual acceptance remain unverified.

Sherline manufacturer panel now explicitly identifies outside-male/notch-top DIN face and top-view six-lead header; exact contact sets required before rendering qualified connector shapes. Panel current-conditional role and exact manufacturer PDF evidence link preserve fitted-model qualification. All1101edges unchanged by metadata update; current graph SHA d668c2fce3a2c4dbca0e4cef59601bcafb8dfccc3f7788b2cdf74888025ceafb. All12 isolated render started alive PID3280417/session97299 and validated monitor575 accepted; sole recurring monitor owns status checks. No production drawings replaced.

2026-10-02 — Sherline rendered motor detail and joint-planner regression

One authoritative same-handle check under latest user no-progress instruction confirmed d58 all12 job still running; no replacement started, monitor575 retained. Completed wiki205/K40 profiles regressed in joint label-first planning (902/464 assignments,65 complete plans), while Sherline new conditional motor panel completed. Same bounded proposal worker restoring previously working controller-first path before joint fallback.

Root inspected actual Sherline overview and motor closeup: six leads each axis map to all five named maleDIN face positions; black/white centre taps visibly joined at onecontact, source leadnumbers1–6 distinct from DINnumbering. New standalone12-record manufacturer detail SVG extracted with explicit bounded scope metadata and published-source asset path, retaining full prior main/history. Figure is conditional standard67127 reference, not fitteddriver or bipolarconversion approval. Receipt /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-sherline-motor-detail-artifact.json and pixel review /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-base11-d58-motor-pixel-review.json. Canonical note integration delegated, root pairedprojection pending.

2026-10-02 — Paired Sherline source detail and reviewed routing successor

Canonical Sherline source-detail figure now links the manufacturer-qualified standalone SVG; existing DB25 and motor research blocks remain byte-identical. The local detail page and compact index regenerated with all330 profiles retained and zero unresolved owned assets; both canonical/detail figure asset bytes match SHA57b9af1e. Actual standalone SVG raster was inspected: both six-lead motor groups, five-contact outside-male/notch-up faces and joined centre-tap junctions are readable. This is a conditional manufacturer motor detail, not fitted driver-receptacle numbering, bipolar conversion or whole-machine acceptance. Evidence: atlas12-sherline-source-detail-paired-readback.json and atlas12-sherline-source-detail-pixel-acceptance.json under /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls.

Renderer successor841c restores previously successful controller-first source escape planning and uses joint planning only as a bounded fallback. Independent static review found no actionable blocker; complete proposed artifacts recovered/hash-verified in atlas12-sol-fallback-delivery-79022d11. It remains unrendered. Existing d58 all12 job/monitor575 retains process custody; no duplicate job launched. Full12 routing, native geometry/electrical visual acceptance and publication remain pending.

Sherline d58 whole-sheet rendered overview inspected: solid orthogonal routes visible, but large lateral whitespace/long routes require readable closeups and a layout compactness review before acceptance. Native controller geometry must remain unchanged; any compaction should move peripherals/subsystem panels. Overview alone does not prove individual contact labels or electrical mapping. Evidence atlas12-base11-d58-overview-readability-review.json; full12 acceptance pending.

Sherline d58 power/command closeup inspected: eight independent DB25 ground-return routes18–25, four buffer-output routes3/6/8/11 to DB25 2/3/6/7, readable functional legends, explicit shared-shell subset captions, and qualified grey unused pin1/pin15 are visually present. This proves drawing visibility only; fitted receiver electrical suitability and connector face remain qualified. Whole-machine acceptance remains incomplete, with native-controller and buffer-supply/enable/decoupling closeups still owed. Evidence atlas12-base11-d58-power-command-pixel-review.json.

Sherline d58 buffer-support closeup inspected: VCC14/GND7, each active-low output-enable1/4/10/13 and100nF bypass VCC/return are individually drawn with readable legends/junction dots; capacitor caption says besideU1. These visible paths do not establish fitted receiver compatibility. Whole-sheet excessive whitespace/route length sent to existing bounded proposal worker for placement diagnosis; native controller geometry and electrical graph must remain unchanged. Receipt atlas12-base11-d58-buffer-supply-pixel-review.json.

Sherline d58 south native-controller closeup inspected: original STEP/GND/DIR/GND/EN/GND pills visible on X/Y/Z/A, X/Z routes originate at contact circles, Y/A and selected unused EN contacts grey, grouping caption retained. This bounded crop does not prove all82contacts; whole-source identity and shared-return electrical-domain reconciliation remain required. Receipt atlas12-base11-d58-controller-motor-bank-pixel-review.json.

Sherline d58 full native-controller metadata readback matches authoritative discovery for all24banks/82contacts: functions, sides, exact source screw centres, uniform transformed anchors and source relations. Source artwork hashes match. Used12 and grey-unused70 sets partition all82. This supplements the south-bank pixels; metadata is not whole-render or receiver electrical qualification. Evidence atlas12-base11-d58-native-artwork-readback.json.

User-directed same-handle revalidation after no-progress wait confirmed d58session97299 live at58.33% generatingAvid. New134/135 SVG/PNG succeeded; wiki132 andGenmitsu failed joint planner1360/1103assignments with65completeplans. Existing841 source-first successor addresses same regression family; no duplicate render started, monitor575 remains sole recurring poller. Evidence atlas12-d58-second-handle-revalidation.json.

Sherline preventable routing spread traced to source-less south panels sorting before controller-connected cards. Narrow proposal reorders one-based south panels[5,4,1,2,6] only; preserves five-column8078×3542 row, canvas8800 and native controller geometry. Predicted source-centre horizontal offsets reduced64%; actual routed lengths/visual acceptance unverified. Frozen renderer28b5c6ee adds only this change to reviewed841. Footer trim deferred without all12text-fit proof. Independent static review assigned; currentd58 job confirmed live by user-directed handle revalidation, no duplicate started.

Independent28b5 placement review found no static blocker: exact guarded tuple set retains allpanelIDs/dimensions, native source-contact geometry and edges. Correction to prior numerical prediction: aggregate row maxima/grid choice/canvas equality is not established by static review and must be checked in actual render; panel reorder can affect those formulas. Placement proposal remains unrendered. Receipt independent-base11-placement-28b5-review.json.

Denford wiki134d58 actual spindle closeup inspected: explicit RC/gain resistor terminals, OPA197 supply/feedback/NCpins, bypasscapacitor, separate WJ200O/Lanalog routes and unusedOI/H, plus ULN2003AN/seriesresistor/PhotoMOSLED terminals readable. CandidateGUESS qualification remains; PhotoMOSoutput/finalRUN path lies outsidecrop and stillneeds review. Pixels do not establish fittedmodel ratings/isolation. Receipt atlas12-wiki134-d58-spindle-pixel-review.json.

Denford wiki134 isolated RUN closeup: AQY212GS3/4 to WJ200P24/configuredinput1 and explicitPLC-Ljumper readable with SOURCE-only/GUESS qualification. No controllerground bond in machine-side subset. Fitted VFD mode/parameter/rating and sharedICidentity still require reconciliation; full12acceptancepending. Evidence atlas12-wiki134-d58-isolated-run-pixel-review.json.

Denford wiki134/wiki135d58 nativeartwork readback matches all24banks/82contacts against source discovery: functions, sides, screwcentres, transformedanchors, source relations and assethashes. Used/unused sets41/41 and24/58 respectively partition full82. Metadata consistency is not whole-render/electrical acceptance. Evidence atlas12-denford-d58-native-artwork-readback.json.

Completed d58 Sherline/Denford134/135 SVG route-record readback reconciled67/160/117 graphrecords respectively: exact endpoints/functions/states, unique complete selected manifest IDs and orthogonal pointsegments. OPEN stubs count as records, not qualified installedwires. ConnectionIDs use published ordered wire_panel/edge index; original_panel_index provenance is not numbering (initial verifier assumption corrected without graphedit). Evidence atlas12-three-completed-d58-graph-route-readback.json. Full12 pixel/electrical/public acceptancepending.

D58 actual Avid SVG/PNG now completed; wiki206 failsJ42labelclearance; activejob75% wiki222. Avid overview pixels show sixsensorreceivers nearendstopbanks, routedmotorcommand/cablegroups and spindleinterface/alternativepanels; smallwhole-sheetlabels require closeups beforeacceptance. No currentjob restart. Evidence atlas12-d58-avid-completion-overview-review.json.

Avid firstXhome sensor closeup: field J7/J1/J2 and hostJ3signal/return/supply readable, retainedM12peripheral and GUESS/unqualified qualifications visible. Actual native board image silently absent in CairoSVG file-reference previews; embedding exactsourcePNGbytes restores it without vector/layoutchange. Fix isolated rasterhelper at nextjob boundary; priorimageblank previews do not prove visible nativeboard. BrowserSVG ownedimagefetch remains separategate. Evidence atlas12-avid-d58-sensor-pixel-and-image-resolution-review.json. Staticcostreview recommends no primitiveoptimization: Avidcompleted, unmeasuredbottleneck cannot justifynewcache.

Isolated raster helper successor9f87bfd2 prepared against exactbaselinebf74e3ad: knownownedPNG bytes embedded only into temporaryrasterinput, assetSHA/bytes recorded perprofile; publishedSVG and currentactivehelper untouched. Independentstaticreview assigned. Use at nextisolatedjob boundary; actualembedcloseup alreadyshowsboardreference. No testsrun. Evidence atlas12-raster-helper-embedded-assets-proposal.json.

2026-10-02 — Preview helper review recovered

Independent static review verified preview helper9f87 against baselinebf74: only two named owned board PNG assets are embedded into temporary raster input, with hashes and byte counts retained; original SVG bytes and active render are untouched. No actionable static blocker found. Actual visibility was inspected in the isolated embedded Avid crop; all12 fresh previews and browser image fetching remain pending. Static routing-cost review supplied no performance patch because the bottleneck is unmeasured and Avid completed; retain collision and clearance predicates unchanged. Exact reviews retained in atlas12-review-recovery-20261002-helper-cost-placement.json under /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls.

2026-10-02 — Avid completed route coverage

Actual d58 Avid SVG reconciled with all286 ordered graph records: endpoint/function/state fields exact;229 visible route manifests have unique IDs and orthogonal points. All48 records across six proposed sensor panels are present, targeting XMIN/XMAX/YMIN/YMAX/ZMAX/ZMIN pins1–3 respectively; ZMIN is the proposed slaved-Y2 home input and must match configuration. This is metadata coverage, not six-panel pixel acceptance or fitted electrical qualification. Earlier retained interfaces remain in inventory. Evidence /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-avid-d58-route-coverage.json.

2026-10-02 — Avid host-supply label contradiction

All six proposed isolated sensor panels incorrectly describe controller bank pin1 as unused while their explicit eighth edge supplies adapter J3.3 from that pin. Prepared exact guarded label-only corrections to say conditional host supply to J3.3, retaining fitted rail voltage/current qualification, all edge IDs and field/host separation. Apply after current frozen render terminates and before next full render. Evidence /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-avid-host-supply-label-corrections.json. This contradicts reader-facing labels even though route coverage passed; it is an acceptance defect.

Avid six host-supply label corrections now applied to immutable isolated graph candidate27298d08b25be3c33d2138ca856459e39a2632bc86ab556bf8068d83d0a7d29c. Reversing only six labels restores exact original parsed graph; productiond668 and every edge unchanged. Next isolated full render must use this corrected graph rather than d668. Candidate receipt /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-avid-host-supply-label-candidate.json. Not yet rendered or published.

2026-10-02 — D58 terminal recovered and corrected all12 render started

D58 ended exit1 with six SVG/PNG pairs and six explicit failures: five joint label/lead planning failures plus wiki206 J42 label clearance. Full receipt retained; monitor575 handled and cleared. Reviewed source-first renderer28b5, primitive2a, raster helper9f87 and corrected six-label graph27298 now run all12 in isolation, live PID3654902/session89039. Validated progress lifecycle registered; sole detached monitor owns subsequent checks. No production drawings installed or full acceptance inferred. Launch identity /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-28b5-all-launch.json.

2026-10-02 — MH50V power panel coverage remains incomplete

Actual X-axis servo power closeup has readable terminal descriptions but all nine supply/motor/STO entries are OPEN stubs; successful rendering is not a complete installation guide. Exact ASDA-B3 suffix and encoder model remain unresolved. Research a manufacturer-qualified conditional variant diagram instead of treating generic terminal inventories as final wiring; preserve fitted-model limitations. Evidence atlas12-mh50v-d58-axis-power-pixel-review.json under /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls. Full12 acceptance remains pending.

2026-10-02 — Delta ASDA-B3 manufacturer power example

Manufacturer-authored mirrored manual page77/printed3-6 section3.1.3 inspected as pixels. Conditional220V1.5kW-or-below single-phase example uses R and T, leaving S unused; generic R/S assumptions would be wrong here. Separate L1C/L2C control power is required in example and absent from current MH50V power inventory. U/V/W and protective earth are shown, plus MCCB/filter/contactor/alarm context. Fitted suffix/cabinet ratings/encoder unresolved; prepare conditional manufacturer reference rather than installed-model claim. Official filecenter returned terms HTML; mirror PDF SHA dc535e35 retained. Evidence atlas12-mh50v-delta-single-phase-source-review.json.

2026-10-02 — Source-first repair runtime evidence

User-directed samehandle revalidation after coordination-only turn confirms corrected28b5 session89039live33.33%; wiki205/K40/Sherline now render successfully, repairing previous jointplanner regression. Wiki132 instead fails C11-002 fan1.m to prime.f1m escape against conductors/source-banklabels; supplied completed trace to same proposal worker, no currentjob restart. Actual Sherline overview shows connected command/DB25return panels beneath controllerbanks with source-only cards flanking; overview placement improved, not final acceptance. Monitor607 retains sole recurringpoll ownership. Evidence atlas12-28b5-first-handle-and-sherline-overview.json.

2026-10-02 — Prime endstop label pixel correction verified

Actual28b5 K40 closeup shows readable J24 X-min/J26 Y-min signal and GND labels outside blackPCB, with distinct pads3/2. Prior duplicate dark ground text overlap is absent in inspected crop. This resolves local label defect, not full laser firing/protection circuit or all12 acceptance. Evidence atlas12-k40-28b5-endstop-label-pixel-review.json under /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls.

2026-10-02 — Full12 unresolved-interface inventory

Readback inventories all OPEN-containing panels across12 profiles in atlas12-open-interface-coverage-inventory.json. Counts alone mix retained superseded interfaces with current gaps and cannot prove final completeness. Actual wiki205 overview still shows original laser head power/inhibition/command and air-pump interfaces OPEN, despite successful motor/endstop rendering. Independent read-only audit assigned to classify each panel against selection/history policy, rank current source gaps and avoid false acceptance or blindly promoting unknown contacts. MH50V conditional power example already being prepared.

2026-10-02 — MH50V incremental source-note projection complete

Paired builder recovered exit0,330 profiles retained, zero unresolvedassets. Actual generated MH50V detail contains new conditional Delta note and PDF77 citation; compact survey retains real detail link. Initial expectation that compact index also contain full researchappendix was incorrect: builder269 intentionally selects two introparagraphs plusnavigation. Corrected acceptance to actual consumer contract; no index bug/fix inferred. Source note is local only; manufacturer power panel not yet integrated. Continued route reconciliation and switched-return correction

The isolated 28b5 drawings for wiki-205, laserplot-02 and base-11 preserve their source connection IDs, endpoints, functions and states; 30, 25 and 67 visible routes respectively were reconciled with orthogonal route points. This proves those route records only: OPEN laser interfaces remain incomplete and visual acceptance of all twelve is pending. Receipt: /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-28b5-three-completed-route-reconciliation.json.

The wiki-132 fan escape failure exposes a semantic routing error: literal switched return was classified as ground before the switched rule, preventing normal source-lead reservations. A narrow correction is prepared in isolated renderer 11552d00a28b6d3c7e68bdf3110dcb080b33b87f9a017efc0dff733efcd79060; AST parsing passed, rendering is unverified. It preserves graph IDs and clearance checks. Current render monitor 607 remains the sole poller; no replacement job was started.

28b5 terminal render outcome and bounded correction check

All twelve profiles were processed in isolated 28b5 output: nine drawings produced, three failures retained (wiki-132 switched fan return; mill-g2 Z connector route; wiki-206 J42 label). Helper receipt records unchanged graph and no production writes. Session21747 now renders only wiki-132 with isolated switched-return correction11552; monitor618 is the sole recurring poller. Independent static review confirms six affected switched-load records, explicit role precedence, and J19.2/J20.2 non-GND net identities; full route/pixel checks remain pending.

Terminal evidence is split: previous session89039 returned143 while helper receipt completed nine/three; supervisor exit receipt is missing, so no clean supervisor exit is claimed. Recovery: /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-28b5-terminal-recovery.json. Correction launch: /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-1155-fan-launch.json. No full twelve acceptance or publication is implied.

Conditional power-reference consumer reconciliation

Graph candidate ba7f21c975e19d7ee1d5543283c5500b71d52e6c9e4980f32d21a4eb28913439 reconciles 1117 records (1016 original plus73 Avid,12 Sherline,16 Delta power-reference records) and appends a reader-facing MH50V qualification instruction. All twelve wire-panel values remain identical to candidate dbe0. This is isolated source work, not rendered or installed. Genmitsu/wiki206 remaining geometry failures require bounded obstacle/candidate diagnostics before changing routing; the reviewer found no evidence to justify relaxing clearances or changing native anchors.

Fan correction rendered and incremental K40 source note

Wiki-132 corrected switched-return renderer11552 completed with exit0; all56 source records and56 visible routes reconcile, with original endpoints/functions/states and orthogonal points. Actual overview and J19/J20 fan close-up were inspected; both low-side returns use pin2 and switched-load magenta. Positive load feeds were still signalgreen, so five explicit power-role amendments for wiki132/wiki222 are isolated in graph65307, preserving voltage uncertainty and existing connection IDs. Receipt: /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-wiki132-1155-route-pixel-reconciliation.json.

Canonical K40 Cloudray source addendum was paired into generated detail/index with builder exit0,330profile manifest and zero unresolved. It documents photographed connector variant, fire alternatives, 5V PWM minimum20kHz and inconsistent auxiliary rating; full new interface drawing remains pending. Receipt: /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-k40-source-note-paired-readback.json. Isolated session8769/monitor622 renders wiki222 and MH50V from graph65307 with renderer11552; no new production main drawing or full acceptance is claimed.

Source citation identity and remaining layout diagnostics

The SF-A9 source note initially cited the historical20W graph URL while its captured PDF/page image hash belonged to the freshly retrieved40W manual. Correction is assigned to the canonical note owner, followed by paired rebuild; the prior receipt is retained. Exact captured40W URL is in atlas12-sculpfun-official-source-discovery.json. Do not equate family-manual labels or hashes without matching bytes.

Diagnostic-only renderer6871 applies the reviewed11552 patch with zero fuzz and parses; it records bounded J42 label rejection counts/geometry and Genmitsu C03-001 route-prefix/obstacle/reservation evidence. It changes no routing decision, native source anchor, clearance or budget. Execution deferred until active powerpreview monitor622 completes; receipt /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-6871-diagnostic-integration.json.

Diagnostic6871 completed exit1 and retained exact failure geometry: wiki206 J42 all200label candidates rejected for canvasbounds; Genmitsu adjacent label obstacles enclose motorlead escape after full routerinflation. Existing reviewer is preparing geometry-only rail/spacing corrections, preserving nativepad positions and collisionclearance. No blind budgetincrease justified. 2026-10-02 · Conditional K40 and Hephestos circuits; return-lead reservation

  • K40 photographed MYJG-40NW P2 is distinct from P3/TH/TL variants. The current candidate appends a complete SN74AHCT125 PWM buffer and ULN2003AN/AQY212GS slow fire circuit, all IC contacts including unused input terminations, and preserves two unresolved independent protection endpoints. Do not infer fitted PSU identity or auxiliary rail ratings.

2026-10-02 · Schaublin owner drive-mode evidence and source limits

Owner post259199 on page44 describes existing JMC analog operation and a possible temporary STEP/DIR position-mode setup for tuning. It is stronger evidence of a possible mode change than the old diagram explains, but it still does not identify physical drive input terminals or authorize an analog-position-loop substitution. Owner post259363 on page45 links 1806080392.pdf; its manufacturer URL now returns HTTP404. Current manufacturer JAND-P28/DB44 manual is a different named drive family and must not supply presumed JASD/SCSI50 cavity positions. A recovered manufacturer-authored JASD manual must be version/model qualified before a conditional pulse-position circuit can replace the OPEN main boundary.

2026-10-02 · Schaublin complete conditional JASD wiring and CN1 inventory

Recovered JMC JASD v1.3 manufacturer-authored mirror pages 20–22 were visually checked against all 50 CN1 entries. The local article and generated detail now include the complete source-terminal table and byte-identical JSON inventory; this does not establish the fitted drive revision or unused as-built wiring. The proposed complete pulse-mode alternative has 78 conductor records across command, X power, Z power and Servo ON panels, including all 16 AM26C31 pins, all 16 ULN2003AN pins and both four-pin AQY212GS devices. Independent static review found no endpoint/NC wiring or isolation-domain topology blocker. Fitted identity, receiver loading/timing, LED current, startup behavior and rendered acceptance remain outstanding. Render the four panels together as a clearly labelled complete alternative; keep the existing owner analog branch and its unresolved compatibility boundary. Do not silently omit the custom conditional role from the main/alternative consumer.

Schaublin paired article/detail markers were read back after rebuilding: article SHA256 24855196ad917f7bb7074527242eb59182421b7fab9d088342f91c2b471e205c; detail 41b09d44c92d8972ea95ccf54d2ca0b57407914172ec00355173922425f4e5ca; inventory c36096add453cdd5c83ab40b7684e3d4457597c539b8ddaf3becc8c38deec005. Root added field10kΩ≥0.25W ratings and direction-fault/stop-before-change/relay transient and minimum-switching-load qualifications. Direction defaultLOW selects CW, not stop; the proposed topology alone does not enforce a fault interlock.

Initial alternative render stopped immediately because proposal logical connector families were unsupported, not because conductor routing was accepted. 2026-10-02 · Make the complete conditional retrofit visible before historical compatibility drawing

The source/history default for Schaublin remains mostly unresolved and cannot alone satisfy the requested practical wiring help. Preserve it, but display a prominent separately labelled complete proposed retrofit reference before it: explicit panels2,4,5,7–12 combine122 conductor records with real native controller artwork, conditional JASD axes, isolated Lenze spindle and clearly unresolved encoder/backgear boundaries. This is a proposed reference, not confirmation of fitted JASD hardware. Separate complete axis and spindle figures remain available. Monitor665 completed with renderer75b6/graph6cff, process exit0, two actual SVG/PNG artifacts: JASD78 and Lenze36 selected conductor records, matching route-manifest counts and zero nonorthogonal segment violations. Native case metadata retains24banks/82contacts with exact source anchors and grey unused contacts. Root viewed both whole images and SVG-viewport close-ups; this is partial visual evidence, not final all12 acceptance or publication. Close-ups found a bypass capacitor incorrectly classified as an IC because its title mentioned AM26C31, plus known Phoenix2902037/Lenze analog screw terminals rendered as unqualified contacts. 2026-10-02 · Native pin-pill collision found during twelve controller closeups

Root inspected all twelve SVG-derived controller closeups, not just whole-image previews. Prime native PCB/no-silk and used/unused connector appearance are visible. SmoothieBox east/west/south source escape wires cross the original pin pills in wired examples (wiki134, wiki135, Avid, Sherline and MH50V); halos/strokes obscure functional label text. Prior anchor/CID/orthogonal checks did not cover this visual clearance and cannot establish final appearance acceptance. Preserve exact pill positions and connector screw anchors; protect the actual native pill rectangles during local lead planning, including stroke/halo/rounded-corner clearance. Never merely overpaint labels across conductor lines. Independent diagnosis/proposed bounded patch is in progress; all affected Box figures require corrected rerender and closeup inspection before installation. Evidence: /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-aa72-controller-closeups-01/receipt.json.

Corrected Schaublin composite monitor673 reached terminal done and session21781/supervisor exited0. Exact122 selected records, native82anchors, actual path/colors/hash readback passed; root wholePNG inspected. Native pill collision still applies, so this is preserved intermediate evidence, not visual acceptance. Monitor673 handled/cleared. Hephestos final ground-label render is live session53975 under sole monitor679; no polling before its terminal notice.

This supplements the retained851-main revision; it preserves the current articles including appended source notes. No old source file was overwritten by this retention step. Five unchanged Prime guides have a strict pre-render manifest prepared from inspected aa72 SVGs, exact current per-guide hashes and native artwork hashes; Hephestos waits for its corrected-label render, and Box installation waits for native pill-clearance fixes.

2026-10-02 · Six native Prime diagrams installed incrementally

Independent1268route inventory found Avidready/fault visibility lost with supersededpanel18, Shapeoko spindlepower/load boundaries missing, and wiki134/135 VFDmains/motor paths only inprose. These require sourcedgraph corrections and diagrams. Fittedpump directDC versus autonomous/externalcontrol mode still needsqualification. HistoricalOPENplaceholders must not be re-labelled complete alternatives to current sourcedcircuits.

2026-10-02 · Exhaustive relay-rating correction across consumers

The initial two panel-note corrections were insufficient: thirteen more copies remained in wiki134/wiki135 circuit summaries and installation steps, plus MH50V X/Y/Z servo-enable notes/summaries/steps. Productiongraph930bd897 corrects all fifteen occurrences using the same exact Panasonic source; no5–30mA claim remains. Root compared all12 guides with immutable954d: every node and all1268 edges are byte-equivalent as parsed data, so sourceanchors/contactidentities/routes/states are unchanged. Rendering inputs of the runningtrial remain954d; base11 guide itself is unchanged. CurrentBoxpages still need regenerated schedules and diagrams; correcting source alone does not prove publicconsumers. 2026-10-02 — VFD power-terminal research and incremental relay correction

Manufacturer-authored Hitachi WJ200 manual NT337X (April 2013), printed page 2-18 / PDF page 66, distinguishes single-phase input R/L1 and T/L3 (S/L2 remains unused) from three-phase R/L1, S/L2, T/L3. Motor output is U/T1, V/T2, W/T3, with chassis and motor protective earth. Do not copy the Baldor single-phase terminal pattern into a Hitachi diagram. Source: https://hiflex.nl/downloads/docu/hit_freq/Instruction_Manual_WJ200.pdf .

Manufacturer-authored Baldor VS1ST MN767 (August 2008), printed pages 4-2 through 4-5 / PDF pages 16–19, specifies single-phase L1/L and L2/N; three-phase adds L3. Motor output is U, V, W, with protective earth. Input supply class, protection, conductor sizing and actual fitted model remain qualification gates; these alternatives do not establish the installed machine identity. Source: https://drivecentre.ca/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/Baldor-VS1ST-Micro-Series-Manual.pdf .

Corrected all 40 current article copies of the superseded AQY212GS rating sentence in wiki-134 (8), wiki-135 (8), and MH50V (24). Exact canonical article hashes and unchanged surrounding bytes were checked before installation. Each article now explicitly says its main drawing awaits regeneration. Receipt: /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-relay-article-correction-installed.json. The paired-page build is running; no public or visual acceptance is inferred.

2026-10-02 — Source-label trial and publication archive correction

Uniformly enlarging the native extension card to 3× gives enough room for the source-preserving label and conductor guards in the Sherline base-11 trial. Renderer 7dd4cf93 exited 0; root inspected whole PNG and controller close-up. This is one inspected profile, not all-six acceptance. A six-Box candidate render has started in isolation with graph930bd.

The publisher failed on an archived canonical HTML fragment whose raw builder-relative link is not a reader-page URL. Applied only the exact historical canonical subtree exclusion to standalone HTML anchor validation. All retained source bytes, source inventory/hash/copy code, actual reader-page link checks and deployment logic are preserved. Publisher receipt: /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/publisher-historical-canonical-installed.json. Retry and relay-page pairing still await final exit evidence. Ilium progress check/set/clear returned transport-error; new monitor registration is unconfirmed, so no rapid agent polling is permitted. Continuation receipt records process handles and next permitted fallback check.

2026-10-02 — Exact photographed spindle reference and labelled alternatives

The Quiet Cut 2014 manufacturer-authored tutorial photographs distinguish the 48 V power pair, spindle pair and PWM/reference pair, but do not establish screw numbering, fitted identity, receiver thresholds or frequency tolerance. Two exact original JPGs now accompany the canonical Shapeoko article. The isolated graph candidate 6700d560 adds four power/motor conductors and a fourteen-pin AHCT125 conditioning candidate, preserving all 1298 existing edges. Its receiving PWM and reference remain OPEN; source and diagnostic drawings are explicitly not complete installations. Total candidate coverage is 1319 edges. Production graph remains 930bd897 until rendered integration.

Renderer candidate c707b678 and builder proposal b18723a6 add explicit figure-status provenance and four opt-in Avid ready/fault boundary records. Absent opt-in selections preserve every other profile. The strict builder manifest v2 requires fresh matching SVG metadata; old v1 manifests must not be silently relabelled. A status-aware render helper 5c6842b2 retains complete, open-boundary and diagnostic-unqualified distinctions. No candidate is accepted from parsing alone.

Quiet Cut render session 90434 is isolated. Ilium monitor validation again failed with transport-error, so registration is unconfirmed; existing jobs retain their handles and the recorded 18:44:18 UTC fallback check. The new Quiet Cut job has its own thirty-minute fallback deadline. No process was restarted.

2026-10-02 — Controller-choice consistency across all twelve guides

An independent current-field audit found 26 stale controller-choice statements and 14 repeated panel/circuit notes. Candidate98eca9b2 corrects these while preserving every node, edge and historical architecture field. Prime drawings no longer call Core the main controller; Sherline instructions name native FIVEIN and DRVX/DRVZ contacts rather than board-internal J42/J5. These remain proposed, model-qualified wiring references.

Candidate01c69e72 additionally classifies the Cloudray MYJG-40NW contact/protection figure as an OPEN boundary reference: all selected interfaces remain unresolved, so it must not be described as a complete wiring alternative. Original source figure ID and panel membership are preserved. Exact captured Hitachi NT337X and Baldor MN767 manuals are now retained as owned retrofit-source PDFs; captured hashes match the reviewed originals. Article source notes and paired/public propagation remain separate steps.

The six-Prime provenance-v2 render (session93337) uses immutable candidate98eca9b2; the later K40 classification change requires its own matching input/provenance before strict integration. New helper5b6a1451 supports main plus each profile’s declared figures, avoiding cross-profile figure-ID substitution. Ilium validation again failed transport-error; no monitor registration is claimed and no repeated job polling is permitted.

2026-10-02 — Per-figure acceptance and source-note preservation

Independent static review found the native selection and explicit figure-status contracts consistent. Root corrected main accessible labels to avoid claiming complete interfaces where OPEN boundaries remain, and added exact figure IDs to failure records. Strict manifest assembly rejects changed graph or SVG bytes, stale guide inputs, duplicate artifacts and missing declared figures; it is not visual acceptance. Root must separately reconcile renderer/primitives hashes, inspect pixels and run strict builder validation. All twelve main diagrams plus thirteen declared supplemental/reference figures form the current named render inventory. Exact additive VFD notes in wiki134/wiki135 were root-read and restoration-hash checked; generated/public copies remain separate acceptance gates.

2026-10-02 — Published SVG failure and exact native-scale diagnosis

Publisher retry exited0 at deployment f7aeffaf (3919 files);30 exact public byte readbacks match. Actual Chrome inspection nevertheless fails: CubeFactory main image has natural width0 and the copied SVG reports an XML attributes error. The page-copy CSS rewriter inserted unescaped quotes into raw SVG mask attributes. Canonical source SVGs remain valid. An inventory found19 invalid derived copies among1089 paired SVGs; all19 original sources parse. The format-aware XML copy fix e7cf3a91 is now installed and regeneration is running for the twelve requested pages plus the one affected retained Tormach copy. This is repair of the shared projection defect, not a new Tormach wiring design. Original source/history bytes are retained. Public visual acceptance is explicitly failed until regenerated assets are deployed and inspected.

The six-Box trial yielded Sherline only; five failures were initial native bank-title guards. Main scaling2700/3250 gives first-contact gap16.615 below a17-unit guard, so search-budget increases cannot help. Independent82-contact geometry review found native1x clears these starting collisions without moving sourced contacts or reducing guards. Candidate904c7d0c retains Prime size2700 and enlarges Box uniformly to3250; an isolated wiki134 main/two-alternative render is running. Static witnesses do not prove emitted routes or pixel acceptance.

2026-10-02: Controller identity must be explicit in added reference panels

A Quiet Cut buffer reference used a node title beginning with Selected Prime. The renderer did not recognise it as the controller and drew a generic box while leaving the native Prime board unconnected. Added controller nodes must carry the explicit controller role; titles are reader labels, not a reliable identity contract. Mark unused contacts with the renderer supported unused_in_plan field. A source-only power reference also needs a compact layout instead of an unused controller board and blank main-diagram canvas. Render success alone did not reveal either defect; inspect the actual overview and contact closeups before integration.

Compact source-only diagrams must declare controller artwork and controller geometry absent. Retain the full graph provenance plus the exact selected physical wire IDs; integration must validate this distinct layout rather than falsely certify native controller coverage. The Quiet Cut four-wire reference now has an inspected compact candidate. Apply the same rule to genuinely controller-free VFD power references; controller-bearing variants keep native source artwork.

2026-10-02: Explicit power and protective-earth roles in source references

New VFD power references exposed a colour inference failure: motor phase U/V/W and protective earth fell back to general signal green. Declare incoming line and motor phases as power, and labelled PE as ground in the existing diagram palette. Preserve PE as a physical conductor; never replace it with a logic-return symbol or infer a new bond from matching colours. The reference must state that diagram colours describe function, not conductor insulation colours. Two explicitly unused single-phase terminals also needed unused_in_plan to appear grey. The corrected four compact references preserve all thirty physical wires and have been inspected; fitted model, rating and protection qualifications remain explicit.

Functional colour classification: motor supplies and load conductors

Use explicit electrical roles when the authored contact identifies a motor winding, centre tap, motor DC supply, mains phase, heater feed, brake feed or protective earth. A symbolic endpoint suffix is not a voltage specification: the Avid ClearPath POWER3 V+ contact and branch3 were named .v3, causing the old fallback to mislabel motor power as3.3V. POWER1/POWER3 feeds remain motor power with fitted voltage/rating unresolved; do not infer3.3V from their names. Motor phase minus and centre taps are load conductors, not logic ground. Local IC bypass positive leads use the documented host rail, while PE keeps its separate protective-earth domain and physical wire.

The full1319-edge/12-profile review proposed176 explicit role fields (159power,6nominal5V,7nominal3.3V,3PEground,1switchedvalve). Root verified stripping only these fields restores the exact preceding graph, preserving connections, states, sources, notes and qualifications. This changes diagram function colours only; fitted cable colours, voltage, current and compatibility remain governed by evidence. Rerender each affected guide and inspect its current figures before claiming final colour acceptance. Evidence: /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-review-proposals/13bb-all1319-functional-colour-independent-review.json and atlas12-all1319-colour-root-staging.json.

Functional colour precedence: command references and buffered signals

A STEP GND, DIR GND or ENABLE GND conductor is a reference return, even when its label contains a command name. Fixed-low IC inputs and active-low output enables tied directly to the documented return also use the ground role. Preserve separate field, controller and isolated domains; matching colours never join them. Negative differential STEP/DIR conductors remain command signals, never ground. Buffered nominal5V STEP/DIR/ENABLE signals retain their command role; only constant host supply connections use the5V rail role. Sensor resistance inputs remain signals and motor encoder harnesses with unresolved cavities remain explicitly unresolved.

Root reviewed the remaining268 supported role corrections across the full1319-record inventory and applied only electrical_role fields to immutable graph3d1943e3. Reversing those268 fields restores preceding dc74 exactly. No physical contact, connection, qualification, source or OPEN state changed. Accepted counts:137ground,32STEP,35DIR,21ENABLE,18control,18nominal5V,4power,3signal. Fresh affected guide renders, pixel inspection and publication are required before acceptance. Evidence: /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-all1319-final-colour-root-staging.json.

Mechanical group names are not electrical return domains

The source phrase expansion field names a connector area; it does not mean field power. Native SmoothieBox GA–GI pin10 is source-labelled GND on the host board. Identify this contact using controller identity and its exact native reference, and classify a permitted reference symbol as logic-return. Do not extend that rule to peripherals, other pins, motor returns or24V field returns. Existing PE/shield/chassis/DCM/switched/positive and mixed-domain exclusions remain mandatory. Symbols name one profile:CID:domain pair and never imply an extra bond between different records. Source-only terminology can otherwise create a false visible field-return label without changing electrical continuity.

The corrected classifier is staged and installed in renderer870f48f2; only _paired_return_domain changed. Its affected Box symbol/provenance output still requires readback. Evidence: /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-expansion-domain-root-staging.json. Bounded allocator diagnostics distinguish the first greedy blocker from the deepest DFS dead end and attribute reservation conflicts; no geometry change is justified merely by the first contact in a failure message. Diagnostic candidateb1039bc9 changes attribution only, preserving ordering, guards and the assignment cap.

GE.3 bounded source-lead failure evidence

The separate diagnostic render using b1039 failed wiki-134 at GE.3 after192 candidate assignments; the 20,000-assignment cap was not reached. The deepest DFS dead end was GF.3 at assignment depth3. GE.3 generated six initial candidates but retained zero static options; GF.3 also had zero static options. Contact label layout therefore needs source-aware clearance work, but the first greedy blocker is not the deepest cause and should not be treated as a proven route fix. Conflict samples show candidate conductors for XMIN.2/XMAX.2/YMIN.2/YMAX.2 rejected against planned-controller XMIN.3/XMAX.3 reservations. Preserve those actual endstop pin reservations and all source contacts; do not delete wires, free native pins, or raise the search cap to force a render. The fresh cb21 six-main attempt is still pending and decides whether the qualified ground identities change this result. Evidence: /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-diagnostic-wiki134-final-summary.json.

2026-10-02 — Scale-3 label trial and archived-home publication failure

The isolated uniform-scale-3 candidate for base-11 rendered and passed the inspected label-clearance pixels: source connector positions, contacts and pinout remain unchanged, unused contacts stay grey, and the prior GA.1 escape now clears its native pill label. This is one candidate figure only; it is not installed or accepted for other Box profiles. Exact receipt and inspected overview/closeup: /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-pill-scale3-base11-render-01/receipt.json and root-inspection.json.

The paired home-publication job failed its publisher --check with exit 1 because archived square-redesign-history/1101-before-native-incremental-20261002/machine-page-source/articles/wiki-132.html links to missing archived machine-research/wiki/cubefactory-2.md. This is an incomplete historical archive dependency, not a current reader-page wiring defect. File timestamps place the failed run output at 19:51 CEST and the publisher’s path-based skip update at 23:12 CEST, so the failure predates that filter update; it does not establish that the updated checker still fails. A publisher retry was started after the update and is under monitor23 snapshot custody. Preserve archived article bytes and do not mutate src/docs or start another publisher before its terminal notice. Failure evidence: /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-prime-publish-home-output.jsonl; pairing record: /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-root-continuation-20261002-scale3-home-publish.json.

Native driver logic-return identity and current renderer review

Four named external stepper-driver models use host-side command ground pins whose source labels say only GND: DRVX/Y/Z/A pins .2, .4 and .6. These twelve exact references are verified as the respective STEP/DIR/ENABLE input grounds and can use the paired logic-return symbols with the corresponding SmoothieBox GA-GI pin10 ground. Keep the qualification finite: no other driver ground, negative differential command, motor return, analog return, field supply return, chassis or protective earth inherits it. The renderer branch checks native controller identity, exact reference and GND label; all existing positive, mixed-domain and PE exclusions remain. Readback evidence: /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-native-driver-return-root-staging.json; candidate renderer cb21bfe84e9d1c3c4e52668fe5ace86ee13a6cd3934f3a08fdc4312fec1dd01a. Six-machine/four-alternative renders must prove visible symbols and retained physical command leads before this is accepted.

The four current Prime profiles laserplot-02, wiki-132, mill-g2 and wiki-206 have eight rendered artifacts. Root inspected every current PNG and matched all recorded PNG/SVG SHA-256 values; strict builder readback accepted all eight current SVGs against exact guide hashes, selected contact IDs and native artwork/source-only contracts. This proves source and render consistency, not integration or publication. The VFD single/three-phase references have complete function paths and preserve PE, but their long outer routes should be reviewed for shortening and label readability in the browser before final visual acceptance. Evidence: /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-final-role-four-prime-root-pixel-readback.json, atlas12-final-role-four-prime-strict-readback.json, and manifest atlas12-final-role-four-prime-pre-rendered-manifest-v2.json.

Wire-style history: the 2026-10-02 interpretation required solid GUESS conductors. The user’s later 2026-10-03 correction supersedes it: source-reported paths stay solid; every GUESS path is dotted and the legend shows a dotted GUESS sample; OPEN remains visibly disconnected. The older interpretation is retained here only to explain historical artifacts.

Current-artifact audit: six selected SVGs (centered-wiki-205.svg, centered-laserplot-02.svg, centered-wiki-132.svg, centered-mill-g2.svg, centered-wiki-206.svg, centered-wiki-222.svg) contain 21–58 GUESS conductor groups but no dotted stroke or dotted legend sample. The other six (centered-base-11.svg, centered-wiki-134.svg, centered-wiki-135.svg, centered-mill-avid-ex-3.svg, centered-forum-linuxcnc-optimill-mh50v-unlogic.svg, centered-forum-linuxcnc-rotarysmp-schaublin-125-cnc-retrofit.svg) use dotted .guess CSS and DOTTED legend text; their OPEN stubs use a separate broken style. Every selected drawing still needs final visual review, including readable overview/zoom behavior, correct source colour and endpoints, and paired page/publication verification. Regenerate only after the isolated wiki-134 gap-650 job reaches its terminal notice.

Archived machine-page dependency closure

The earlier publisher check found one unresolved builder-relative link in historical snapshot 1101-before-native-incremental-20261002; the next check, after excluding canonical source fragments, found another in snapshot 1102-before-final-role-two-prime-20261002: its archived machines/3d-printer/wiki-222.html links to the absent snapshot-local machine-control-pinout-survey/history.html. Both failures are confined to preserved square-redesign-history snapshots; current machine-reader pages are outside that tree. The first audit counted 1,164 local references across twelve archived HTML files in 1101 and identified the wiki-132 dossier link. Do not rewrite archived article/page bytes or copy current documents into old snapshots as if they were original historical dependencies.

The publisher’s link-closure inventory now excludes HTML under the exact top-level square-redesign-history archive directory, alongside the existing archive directory. It still copies and hashes those historical files unchanged; it only avoids treating an old captured site as part of the current reader-page navigation graph. Current HTML outside those named archive roots continues through full local-link validation and repository-redirect resolution. This choice preserves history and keeps publication acceptance focused on links a reader can follow from the current site; internal links inside retained snapshots may remain unresolved. Installed publisher SHA-256: b0ef4ce0710aab30a0a63e5ea4bc5d72d9ab569d8ee85150e787860f405b45d5; exact pre-change copy: /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/smoothie-box-pinout-publish-before-square-history-closure-filter.py (SHA-256 3c4ee5cc96e6ddb4abf2d1d3e71ea7a6329e0dfb46d48efb0ec3dfd0eafeb6c8). AST parsing passed. Publication after this filter change has not yet been attempted; the read-only dry-run currently holds the publisher lock. Failure evidence for the second attempt: /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-final-role-publication-after-history-filter-output.jsonl; original 1101 audit: /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-1101-archive-link-audit.json.

The fresh cb21 six-profile attempt independently repeats wiki-134 GE.3 at the same192 assignment count, despite its twelve source-qualified DRV GND identities. Its per-endpoint diagnostic shows GE.3 produced 1,023 adaptive candidates, of which 870 were rejected by label collision; 153 passed labels, but the joint plan still reached 73 GE.3 and 48 GF.3 dead ends. XMIN.2 candidates had 174 reservation rejections (XMAX.3:66, XMIN.3:114); XMAX.2 had184 (XMAX.3:123, XMIN.3:63). This separates a genuine scarce-label layout conflict from budget exhaustion or missing source grounds. Two other Box figures (base-11 and wiki-135) completed and their four recorded SVG/PNG hashes match; visual review shows all routes and exact case edges, while diagram-level readability still needs close-up review. Six-profile job remains partial at50% with no final exit receipt at its check; continuation deadline21:49:25 UTC. 2026-10-02 — Local 0–10 V spindle adapter discovery

The extension-board library contains a real top-rendered candidate for the missing VFD speed-conversion stage: bouni-spindle-module-boards v01 has an analog board with a Gadgeteer host input and a green five-position field terminal visibly labelled 10V IN, 0–10V OUT, GND, VFD RUN, and DCM. Its design contract describes a PWM-to-0–10 V reference plus RUN contact and galvanic isolation. Source contract: /home/arthur/dev/smoothieware/extension-boards/src/bouni-spindle-module-boards/attempt/versions/v01/design-contract.json; candidate top render: /home/arthur/dev/smoothieware/extension-boards/src/bouni-spindle-module-boards/attempt/versions/v01/renders/populated-top.png.

This satisfies the owner’s request to prefer an actual local board depiction over a generic rectangle, but it is not a released or install-qualified peripheral: the contract explicitly says UNSUITABLE FOR FABRICATION until human review of isolation spacing, VFD assumptions and safe-state behavior. Treat it only as a clearly marked design candidate in a proposed circuit/subdiagram; do not imply it is available to buy, fabricate, or safely install. The schematic/PCB connector functions and host signal mapping still need pin-by-pin source review before assigning SmoothieBox or SmoothieBoard wires. Do not treat the analogous RS-485 family board as a substitute for an analog 0–10 V path. Keep the Avid’s PWM and analog alternatives separate and identify their qualification state independently.

The v01 netlist gives a concrete candidate connector map: J1 (Gadgeteer P host input) pin 6 is RUN_EN (P-socket GPIO), pin 7 is PWM_IN (P-socket PWM(G)); J1 pins 1/2/10 are +3V3/+5V/GND. J3 field terminal pins 1–5 are VFD 10 V reference, 0–10 V analog output, isolated GND_VFD, VFD RUN, and VFD DCM, respectively. J2 repeats the Gadgeteer pinout but JP6 and JP7 are deliberately open because RUN and PWM are consumed locally. The candidate’s analog contract assumes a 3.3 V host and about 7.7 mA typical per GPIO, with an 8 mA assumed output rating and unresolved VFD input/contact assumptions. Therefore the SmoothieBox’s 0–5 V laser PWM output must not be presumed plug-compatible with J1 pin 7; resolve its actual source current/logic contract and required current limiting/conditioning, and separately qualify a RUN output, before drawing a solid installation route. Never bond GND_VFD to SmoothieBox logic ground; the isolation barrier is intentional. Pin evidence: bsm-analog-netlist.xml, design-contract.json, and bsm-analog.kicad_sch in the v01 folder above. The existing atlas branch is explicitly diagnostic-unqualified, so retain that label until the v01 design and machine-side interface are reviewed.

2026-10-02 — Prime artwork already present; scale remains a defect

Current installed centered-wiki-132.svg already has 70 atlas-v2-main-pcb-art-* elements, zero SVG image/raster elements, zero IDs containing silk, and a single atlas-v2-main-layer-board-substrate/illustrated board layer. This is source-derived V2 Prime PCB geometry without a visible silk layer, so do not replace it with a hand-drawn board. The complete view is still dense at overview scale; component fidelity alone does not make the motor, sensor and connector routes legible. The latest isolated candidate differs from the installed SVG, so review its full image/closeups and integrate only through a reconciled source/provenance update. Installed SVG SHA-256 92ca3c953f7d93258bfd21109b58b192b21f44e61b2eb9ca5f082722a7aacb6d; isolated render SVG SHA-256 eaa262fd7057f2bcb493946653653228370661076b44b75b08c0126b4b268fa2; current viewBox 0 0 10980 10980. The compact source diagram’s functional wire palette is read directly from /home/arthur/dev/smoothieware/smoothie-box/docs/smoothie-central/v2-central-compact-gadgeteer-wiring.svg: power #e2bb00, 3.3 V #db2525, 5 V #d76a00, sensor #4c748a, ground #111717, signal #128c68, control #6550b1, switched #a23384, STEP #136da7, DIR #7443a4, and ENABLE #087b60. Preserve this source colour meaning, not just visually similar hues. Chapter 11’s dashed gate-lead convention and the superseded 2026-10-02 all-solid GUESS interpretation do not define the current evidence style: source-reported paths are solid, proposed guesses dotted with a labelled legend sample, and OPEN stubs remain visibly disconnected. Chapters 16–17 explicitly call the depicted laser carrier circuitry proposed and its values/polarity/startup/timing/receiving-input compatibility unqualified; don’t cite those diagrams as proof that a laser/PWM path is installed or safe. The compact diagram’s metadata likewise says its power-source priority and load budget are unverified. Source page: /home/arthur/dev/smoothieware/smoothie-box/docs/smoothie-central.html.

2026-10-03 — Conditional and alternative connection records must survive every projection

A complete twelve-profile reconciliation found 1,319 connection-edge records in the current guide graph but only 1,053 in the saved per-profile connection manifests. The 266 absent manifest records are all in conditional or alternative circuits, not the default current panel: base-11 has 12 current-conditional SOURCE edges; wiki-134 and wiki-135 have 15 alternative GUESS edges each; Avid has 64 current-conditional GUESS, 8 alternative-unqualified GUESS, and 1 alternative OPEN; wiki-206 has 4 current-conditional GUESS, 15 alternative GUESS, and 2 alternative OPEN; MH50V has 16 current-conditional GUESS; Schaublin has 85 manufacturer-reference GUESS, 2 manufacturer-reference OPEN, and 27 Lenze digital alternative GUESS.

Rule: every edge in the current guide graph must be accounted for in the rebuilt connection schedule and a usable drawing layer: main, explicitly conditional, alternative, or detailed circuit. Preserve the physical terminal labels, state, source claim, check/qualification, and alternative identity. Do not drop conditional/alternative records merely because the main diagram selects another branch, and do not claim the saved manifests are complete until a full twelve-profile graph-to-manifest reconciliation has zero unexplained missing edges. Preserve OPEN endpoints as disconnected; retain GUESS evidence styling and the source/guess distinction. This count audit alone does not establish that all 266 edges are invisible today; it establishes that current saved page manifests do not account for them and must be rebuilt and inspected.

Record-level audit artifact: /tmp/atlas12-missing-projection-edges-20261003.json.

2026-10-03 — All six SmoothieBox mains must use the retained Chapter 18 exterior art

A provenance audit of all twelve installed main SVGs found that the six Prime figures (wiki-205, laserplot-02, wiki-132, mill-g2, wiki-206, and wiki-222) embed source-derived Prime artwork with its 45 connector illustrations and no visible silk. The six SmoothieBox figures (base-11, wiki-134, wiki-135, mill-avid-ex-3, forum-linuxcnc-optimill-mh50v-unlogic, and forum-linuxcnc-rotarysmp-schaublin-125-cnc-retrofit) instead still report controller_artwork=null, a generic 3000×3000 viewBox, and synthetic controller bounds [1000,1000,1000,1000]. Those installed Box outputs do not satisfy the owner’s request to retain the actual Chapter 18 exterior positions and pin labels.

Rule: Every SmoothieBox main must reuse the owned source-derived exterior artwork: all 24 actual perimeter banks and 82 contact pills in their original positions and order, with the original area and bank labels. Keep the interior clear of internal circuit and connector artwork as requested. Unused contacts may be greyed, but their geometry, numbering, and physical connector identity must remain exact. Do not accept a generated figure on the basis of a square controller silhouette, panel counts, or a valid SVG alone; inspect its provenance and compare every source bank/contact against the retained asset. Current implementation finding (2026-10-03): render_centered_wiring.py already integrates the loader through _artwork() / _layout_main() and records main.metadata in output provenance. The six currently survey-linked SmoothieBox SVGs are stale renderer outputs: they still report a synthetic 3000×3000 controller and controller_artwork=null. Re-render all six with the integrated source-art renderer and inspect the output provenance plus all 24 banks/82 contacts before accepting them; do not add a second loader. The P11 Prime illustration/P12 contact correspondence remains a separately documented contact-level mapping and is not proof of full revision equivalence.

2026-10-03 — Avid EX 24.1 sensor input identity and M12 population limits

The official CRP5210-01E EX 24.1 interconnect schedule sources J7.1 as +24 V to multiple M12 pin 1 contacts, J7.2 as sensor GND to M12 pin 3, and J7.3/J7.5/J7.7/J7.11/J7.13/J7.15 as X Home/Limit, Y1 Home/Limit, Y2 Home, A Home, Y+ Limit, and Z+ Home/Limit. J7.14 is Emergency Stop. Acorn destinations group these functions at J8.1 E-stop IN1, J8.2 X/Y1/Z/Y+ IN2, J8.3 Y2/A IN3, and J8.4 automatic Z touchplate IN4. This does not establish separate X−/X+/Y−/Y+/Z+/Y2 meanings or a direct SmoothieBox mapping. Preserve sourced J7 labels, and keep any retargeting dotted GUESS plus visibly OPEN until the fitted machine harness, sensor output, isolation/conditioning, and firmware homing/limit assignment are confirmed. In particular, do not infer A-home or Y2-home → ZMIN.

The EX 24.1 PDF gives M12 pin 1/+24 V, pin 3/GND and pin 4/signal and says the common A-coded drawing is the female-face view, mirrored on male; it does not say whether pin 2 is populated for every fitted CRP860 port. Older CRP860-00E manuals state sensor/Aux pin 2 (Normally Closed) is not populated and E-stop pin 4 (Normally Open) is not populated. Keep older per-port population conditional until the exact EX board/port revision is verified. Show complete four-contact connector faces and correct viewing orientation; do not silently omit unresolved contacts.

Sources: Avid EX 24.1 schematics, CRP5210-01E interconnect-board PDF, and Avid 21.2 CRP860 schematics.

A separate 2025Q1.1 Plug & Play/CRP860-00E manual describes those older M12 inputs as normally-open and rated for 12 V, whereas EX 24.1 documents +24 V distribution to the M12 sensor pin. These are revision-distinct statements: the EX schedule does not specify this particular sensor or the receiving board input threshold. Do not infer that a 24 V sensor output is safe for any SmoothieBoard/Box input, nor transfer the older 12 V input rating to the EX assembly. Keep host wiring disconnected pending identification of the fitted sensor and interface ratings; show any selected isolator/level conditioner as a dotted, unqualified proposal. 2026-10-03 — DFR1036 PWM-to-0–10 V adapter is a non-isolated candidate

The local extension-board set has no qualified 0–10 V DAC, but DFRobot’s real DFR1036 / GP8101S module supplies a concrete external-device candidate. The guide documents VCC/GND/D PWM input (3.3–5 V board supply), a 0–5/0–10 V selector, and VOUT/GND output. The GP8101S datasheet allows PWM high 2.7–5.5 V at 50 Hz–50 kHz and lists 20 mA output for VOUT >0.5 V; the DFR1036 schematic shows an onboard boost stage and the same ground net at host input and analog output, so this is not isolated. The potential SmoothieBox route is Laser PWM signal + return to DFR1036 D/GND, DFR1036 host VCC to a verified 3.3–5 V source, then 0–10 V OUT/GND to the fitted VFD analog input/common. Draw this only as dotted GUESS until firmware PWM amplitude/frequency/polarity, host-supply availability, fitted VFD input impedance and analog-common bonding are checked. The module does not provide a RUN/FWD contact: show that circuit separately through a verified relay or isolated contact. Never label the module as isolated or connect its analog ground to a VFD common without checking the spindle drive’s grounding arrangement.

Sources: DFRobot DFR1036 guide, DFR1036 board schematic, and GP8101S datasheet.

The extension-board repository also contains Bouni spindle-module analog v01 CAD intended for PWM-to-0–10 V plus RUN on a Gadgeteer P socket, with a populated top render at /home/arthur/dev/smoothieware/extension-boards/docs/board-packing-grid/renders/bouni-spindle-module-boards/populated-top.png. It is a real design candidate, but its own current version notes mark it UNSUITABLE FOR FABRICATION OR ENERGIZING: two analog DRC/open defects remain; VFD isolation qualification, component/pin validation, actual drive compatibility, host pin/rail/current contract, and independent/physical review are unresolved. The generic specs/design are still blocked and a V2 Prime connector discrepancy remains open. Do not show this board as a fitted, released, or ready-to-wire adapter. If a diagram uses its top render to explain the proposal, label the image prominently “Bouni v01 prototype — not for fabrication or energizing,” keep all proposed conductors dotted GUESS, and include the actual blocker; otherwise use the off-the-shelf DFR1036 as a clearly named unqualified peripheral candidate. Source evidence: src/bouni-spindle-module-boards/specs.md, src/bouni-spindle-module-boards/design.md, src/bouni-spindle-module-boards/attempt/versions/v01/version-notes.md, and .../bsm-analog-bom.md in the extension-board repository.

2026-10-03 — SmoothieBox J35 PWM is a signal contact; the 5 V laser stage is external

The SmoothieBox Chapter 18 source-grounded harness identifies J35.6 as PE9 / TIM1_CH1 / PWM1_1 and J35.2 as the separate 5V_LIMIT accessory rail. The local source calls J35.6 an MCU PWM signal and does not establish a 0–5 V output level or an available current rating for that contact. Do not label the fitted J35 PWM contact as a verified 0–5 V output, and do not use J35.2 as though it were the PWM signal. Chapter 18’s compact laser figure explicitly inserts an external 5 V carrier stage between J35.6 and the field PWM output; its own metadata describes that carrier as proposed/unqualified, and its notes say laser PWM/TTL are signals, not laser power or a safety interlock. Therefore represent a complete spindle/laser interface as separate signal, supply, and return contacts through a named adapter/driver. Mark unverified interface wiring dotted GUESS; keep the machine output OPEN until fitted hardware, voltage/frequency compatibility, return topology, and safety gating are verified. A 3.3 V-compatible module input such as the researched DFR1036/GP8101S remains a candidate only after the actual J35.6 PWM levels/frequency and safe supply branch are verified; the module is not isolated and does not provide a spindle RUN contact.

Evidence: /home/arthur/dev/smoothieware/smoothie-box/docs/smoothie-central/build_source_grounded_harness.py (J35.6/J35.2 source note and MCU-signal context); build_compact_gadgeteer_wiring.py (LASER_ROWS, laser_stages(), laser_control_routes()); and v2-central-compact-gadgeteer-wiring.svg (external-stage scope metadata and data-through="external-5V-laser-stage"). These are source-rendering records, not qualification of a fitted SmoothieBox carrier, connected machine, laser, VFD, or safety circuit.

The DFR1036 input-threshold comparison is not enough to promote this route to SOURCE: GP8101S specifies a 2.7 V minimum PWM high, while ST’s STM32F405/407 datasheet gives different output-high guarantees for CMOS and TTL I/O modes and under a stated load. The SmoothieBox diagram source names PE9 but does not establish the fitted controller silicon/revision, I/O mode, supply at that pad, configured frequency/polarity, or connected load. Keep J35.6 → DFR1036 dotted GUESS; confirm the fitted board and PWM waveform under the actual load before presenting it as a usable spindle or laser interface. Avid control-cable pins are not VFD screw-terminal numbers

Avid’s manufacturer schedule for the 14-pin SP/THC control cable identifies cable pin 1 as Fault Ground, pin 2 as Fault Signal, pin 7 as FWD, pin 8 as DCM, pin 9 as AVI, pin 10 as ACM, and optional pin 11 as 10 V Reference. These are Avid cable connector pin numbers, not numbers assigned to the VFD’s screw terminals. The Avid 3 HP CRP450-00E-01 schematic for revisions 18.4/20.1 and VFD ID A1 labels drive-side control terminals by function (DCM, AFI, ACM, +10V, AVI, MI1–MI6); the schematic is revision-scoped and does not identify the fitted drive in every Avid EX machine. An earlier working note called cable pins 1/2 “ready/fault” and called 7–10 VFD terminal numbers; correct that reading: pins 1/2 are fault contacts, and 7–10 are control-cable pin positions. For each actual retrofit, show the sourced 14-pin cable pinout on the peripheral side only if that cable is fitted, then map it to the exact VFD model/revision manual. Otherwise keep unidentified drive contacts OPEN. Do not transfer Bouni prototype J3 numbers or generic VFD terminal numbering to the Avid machine.

Sources: Avid 14-pin cable and spindle-controller schematics, Avid 3 HP CRP450-00E-01 schematic, revisions 18.4/20.1, VFD ID A1, and Avid spindle system identification. Exact fitted system identity and applicability to mill-avid-ex-3 remain to be checked against its source article after the active render/publication gate releases.

Avid’s initial-setup prose conflicts with its 14-pin table

The Avid 22.2/2025Q1.1 initial-setup page’s detailed 14-pin table assigns pin 1 to Fault Ground, pin 2 to Fault Signal, pin 7 to Spindle FWD, pin 8 to Spindle DCM, pin 9 to Spindle AVI, and pin 10 to Spindle ACM. Nearby prose conflicts twice: it reverses the pin 1/2 fault labels, and says “Pin 8/9, Spindle Analog Signal,” even though its preceding pin 7/8 sentence calls that pair the spindle relay. Do not copy either prose mapping into a wiring diagram. Use the detailed table plus a matching, revision-identified controller/VFD schematic as the available source record, preserve both documentation conflicts in the article, and keep any fitted-machine mapping OPEN until its exact system and cable are identified. This correction clarifies Avid cable contacts only; it does not identify VFD screw terminals.

Current 12-diagram preview audit: Prime guesses still render solid

An Inkscape export of the current 12 survey-linked centered-*.svg files was inspected as a 4×3 contact sheet at /tmp/atlas12-current-contact-sheet.png (each SVG separately exported at 1800 px). The six Box SVGs define .guess as a dotted 2 7 stroke and the six Prime SVGs use source-derived no-silkscreen Prime artwork; however, none of the six Prime SVGs contains a dash style or guess-specific visual class. The shared wiring_primitives.py::conductor_svg() records state in metadata/title but emits the same solid colored path for both guess and source, so the Prime candidate routes visually overstate evidence. This is an acceptance defect, not a reason to downgrade those graph records: render GUESS dotted, SOURCE solid, OPEN disconnected, and include a visible three-state legend in every profile. The contact sheet also shows that all six Box figures still use the legacy generic controller block rather than the Chapter 18 perimeter art; the source-art loader’s presence in the renderer does not prove integration in these linked outputs. Their details are too small at contact-sheet fit for pin-level acceptance, so each requires targeted close-up/browser review after regeneration. Current linked diagrams and source renderer remain untouched while the active isolated geometry candidate owns the renderer workflow.

Evidence: current SVGs under src/docs/machine-control-pinout-survey/smoothiebox-machine-wiring/centered-*.svg; src/docs/machine-control-pinout-survey/wiring_primitives.py::conductor_svg(); and local preview /tmp/atlas12-current-contact-sheet.png.

SmoothieBox exterior diagrams use four physical sides, not a generic box

Use the source-derived 24-bank / 82-contact Chapter 18 perimeter placement as the controlling geometry for all SmoothieBox retrofit diagrams. Draw controller contacts on their actual north/east/south/west sides and place machine-side peripherals outside the corresponding side: power/service near the north edge, limits/probe/temperature near the east edge, stepper-driver interfaces near the south edge, and heaters/fans/SSR/PWM near the west edge where the source contact schedule supports that grouping. Route leads from the actual side outward, keep parallel leads grouped and spaced, and arrange peripheral faces so contact names and polarity remain readable. Move panels and route channels together when needed to eliminate conductor overlaps; a crossing legend is not a substitute for collision-free layout. The exact route still comes only from source records. Never infer a pin assignment, terminal identity, fitted peripheral, voltage/current rating, isolation, or safety function from spatial proximity or visual symmetry. Omit SmoothieCentral’s internal wiring: it is a layout reference, not the SmoothieBox schematic or an electrical authority for these machine profiles.

The user’s local reference, http://localhost:4178/docs/smoothie-central.html, was captured as 296,862 bytes with SHA-256 c8138622a7ad1258da4d0bab15bde0a99f3c3f20513197eba177a9d5c5b07437 during the 2026-10-03 visual review. Its four-edge grouping and breathing room are useful visual guidance only. The captured page describes its V2 Central content as preliminary/proposal; do not copy its Core P1 assignments or internal wiring into SmoothieBox machine diagrams.

Fullscreen diagram navigation applies to every atlas image

The fullscreen viewer must preserve a fitted overview, support pointer-anchored wheel zoom and an accessible range slider/readout, maintain drag and keyboard panning, and provide a minimap that shows the current viewport and can be operated by pointer and keyboard. Apply it to the 330-profile atlas index and every generated detail page, not only the twelve retrofit profiles. Keep the viewer legible and operable at narrow viewport sizes, retain focus return and Escape-to-close, and do not make any diagram’s full-resolution SVG text depend on raster upscaling.

2026-10-03 — EX spindle-status names are revision-specific

Fresh manufacturer readback distinguishes the EX 24.1 cable table from the older Plug and Play table. The EX table calls contacts 1/2 Spindle OK Ground / Spindle OK and assigns them to CNC12 IN6; it marks 11–14 unused. The 22.2 Plug and Play table calls 1/2 Fault Ground / Fault Signal and lists optional 11 as a 10 V reference. These labels and population statements must remain tied to their controller revisions. They do not establish the fitted VFD signal polarity, relay state, voltage, or compatibility. Keep the EX drawing’s source names where EX evidence is used; record older fault terminology as a separate reference. Never infer a ready/fault inversion or reuse optional pin 11 from a different system to power an analog adapter. Preserve every physical position and visibly leave unresolved assignments disconnected.

Sources checked 2026-10-03: EX 24.1 servo schematics, 14-pin table and Plug and Play 22.2 initial setup, documentation version 2025Q1.1. This supersedes blanket use of fault labels across Avid revisions in the earlier notes; it does not erase those retained observations.

2026-10-03 — Source-pin fanout must provide distinct lanes

The renderer investigation identified repeated SmoothieBox driver escape candidates converging on the same bank-edge lane: DRVX.2/.3/.5 shared a candidate y coordinate and bank-boundary x values. This is a candidate-allocation defect hypothesis, not evidence that real wiring is impossible. Generate several distinct outward lanes from exact contact centres before trying tangential detours; reserve labels, contact pills, connector faces and existing conductors together. Keep the physical pin location and identity fixed. A spacing change alone is accepted only after the resulting route set passes the same clearance checks, preserves every graph record and contact, and is inspected at both overview and readable terminal scale. Never make a render pass by suppressing a conductor, silently reducing clearance, or treating a repeated contact as a new physical pin. Multi-lane fanout implementation is in progress; no complete Box render is accepted by this note.

2026-10-03 — Zoom limits must permit readable tall contact sheets

A fixed eight-times-fit zoom cap does not serve the entire atlas. A 31000-unit-tall SVG fitted to a 600-pixel stage has scale about 0.019; even eight times that fit leaves a 25-unit label below 4 rendered pixels. Derive the available maximum from the fitted image scale so every sheet can reach at least native SVG-unit scale and a useful close-up beyond it. Use a logarithmic slider when the range is large so low zoom remains controllable. Verify square mains and a real tall retained contact diagram on desktop and mobile; readable square images alone cannot prove all-image acceptance. Preserve pointer anchoring, pan bounds and minimap viewport geometry throughout this expanded range. Full-resolution SVG rendering remains required; enlarging a PNG preview does not fix vector text access.

Fanout and grid implementation checkpoint

The implementation worker’s primitive checks now report four distinct launch lanes per previously degenerate DRVX endpoint, with 112/128/112 candidate paths for three source contacts. This is candidate diversity evidence; it does not establish a successful global allocation or usable diagram. The peripheral layout now uses fixed grid-column alignment and centres incomplete rows, with 120-unit panel spacing and a 430-unit Box-to-field gap. Those constants remain provisional until rendered overview and terminal close-ups show that labels, conductors and component faces are clear. Record actual failures and improve the arrangement rather than accepting a large blank canvas or using a successful local candidate check as the final gate.

2026-10-03 — Measure caption footprint before changing peripheral spacing

The independent current-source layout-only audit covers all twelve guides. The grid shows aligned rows and centred incomplete rows, but measured circuit footers still consume about29–34% of total peripheral-panel area. In the Avid graph, one32-edge footer is2355 source units high; the DeineFraesmaschine19-edge axis footers are1445 units. These measurements identify a concrete opportunity: test measured two-column caption registers on wide panels while keeping every connection ID, function, state and endpoint identity. Avoid repeating a Prime pin/function already written in the same caption. Keep the full electrical/source schedules and instructions in the owner article. This is an unrendered layout proposal; the actual routes and captions must still pass clearance and readable close-up checks. Do not equate occupancy percentage with design quality: source-side placement, legible pin names, honest OPEN states and clear wiring remain the controlling requirements.

Evidence: independent layout-only geometry/contact sheet and caption-area measurements are retained under /tmp/atlas12-root-panel-geometry-20261003/; those rectangle maps are placement evidence, not completed wiring diagrams.

2026-10-03 — Compact registers and logical buffer channels

Root inspected the isolated full-caption and AHCT125 grouping PNGs. A measured two-column register keeps every caption at the same19-unit font, including connection ID and uncertainty state; Avid’s32-row register falls from2240 to1120 units before footer overhead. Use complete-reference token matching when removing duplicate Prime pin labels: J5.1 must not match J5.10. Never shorten a register by dropping functions or connection records.

For known multi-channel buffer ICs, align each A input with its corresponding Y output and retain OE, supply and return pins. The inspected candidate labels its face prominently as “Logical pin groups — not package/connector face”. It changes only short-label SN74AHCT125 logical schedules, leaving physical connector faces and global row spacing unchanged. Logical grouping is accepted as a layout method, not as proof of conductor routability or physical package orientation. Partial-package schedules must explicitly account for unused or source-unresolved pins rather than implying a complete package. The next full twelve-guide render must verify actual conductors, clearances and readable terminal close-ups before these candidates become accepted main diagrams.

Evidence: /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-measured-caption-candidate-20261003/ and /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-logical-ic-candidate-20261003/. Both inspected sample images omit field conductors and therefore do not prove wiring acceptance.

2026-10-03 — Reconcile split-package identities before declaring all pins covered

Independent inventory of six AHCT125 package views found that Sherline base-11 U1 is complete across its command and supply/enables panels: eight signal pins plus six supply/enable pins. Cross-reference the two views as the same U1; do not duplicate physical pins to repair a perceived omission. Avid’s enable IC currently accounts for only pins1,2,3,7,14; package pins4,5,6,8,9,10,11,12,13 remain absent from that frozen graph. The next source revision must explicitly show their functions and unused-channel treatment, with proposed bias wiring dotted or unresolved contacts OPEN. Never equate unused logic inputs with safe floating inputs. Inventory evidence: /tmp/atlas12-ahct-package-inventory-20261003.json. This audit concerns package coverage, not electrical or routing acceptance.

2026-10-03 — Inspect the full named layout set after compacting cards

Root generated and visually inspected an independent twelve-profile rectangle contact sheet from copied candidate originals. With full captions and logical-channel grouping, square canvas sizes fall from17200 to16000 for Avid,18700 to16800 for MH50V,9700 to9100 for Sherline and9000 to8400 for the CO₂ laser. Rows remain aligned. These numbers measure source-layout footprint only; they do not prove conductor clearance or legibility. A controller may sit off the sheet centre when source-side contacts legitimately concentrate peripherals on particular sides. Prefer a clear visual hierarchy and easy wire tracing over forced symmetry or minimising canvas size. Full actual diagrams must still be inspected. Immutable root source captures, geometry and contact sheet: /tmp/atlas12-root-compact-geometry-20261003/.

2026-10-03 — Public screenshot confirms legacy Prime guesses look solid

In the public Genmitsu fullscreen diagram, the green conductors displayed with GUESS captions appear continuous/solid at native rendered scale, visually conflicting with the documented status. The current source primitive already emits round-capped short-dash GUESS lines (stroke-dasharray=1 7), SOURCE solid and OPEN separated stubs; therefore this is a stale linked-render/publication consumer until new SVG bytes and page projections are accepted. Do not infer the fix is live from source. On all twelve regenerated SVGs inspect the legend and colored conductor at full and close-up scales: dashed/dotted must remain visible after rasterization, SOURCE stays solid, OPEN endpoints retain a visible gap. Verify the SVG currently reached through each owner page/index link matches the accepted renderer output after publication. Public visual evidence was captured on the current Genmitsu machine page; interaction evidence remains /tmp/atlas-viewer-public-interaction-20261003.json.

2026-10-03 — Extension cards need fanout diversity under the actual label clearance

Recovery found the retained latest renderer alive as child PID1650469, with a healthy current Ilium monitor7 rather than the earlier retained monitor328 identifier. The supervisor PID had exited; its disappearance did not mean the renderer had stopped. Completed wiki-134 failure reports GE.3 with zero allocation assignments; MH50V reports DRVY.4 after11469 assignments. Treat these as distinct completed diagnostic results while the batch continues on another profile.

A read-only baseline check proves the GE.3 problem locally: the separate extension-card early return exposes six escape candidates, but zero pass the allocator’s unchanged17-unit label clearance. An isolated correction extends the main Box normal-first fanout mechanism to extension cards and prevents their premature return. GE.3 then has70 candidates, six launch lanes and12 candidates passing that same17-unit clearance; each tested GE.4–GE.8 pin also has12 passing choices. Exact source anchors, contact/pill inventories and pad-clearance checks remain enforced. This is lead-level correction evidence, not proof of a complete physical diagram. The MH50V reservation conflict still needs its own diagnosis. Isolated sources and before/after receipts: /tmp/atlas12-extension-lead-repair-20261003/. Active frozen renderer sources were not changed.

2026-10-03 — DRVY crowding requires geometrically different detours

The independent MH50V DRVY bank check finds legal single-pin exits: DRVY.4 has24 candidates at the unchanged17-unit label clearance, but only two launch lanes. The native pill row begins60.5 units beyond the screw-centre row; label protection starts43.5 units beyond it. A26/34/42-unit launch grid gives three8-unit-spaced lanes and36 valid DRVY.4 candidates. A six-distinct-net bank allocator nevertheless fails after5016 assignments. Therefore increasing single-pin candidate count does not establish a workable six-pin fanout. Existing short tangential detours are also limited to432 units and cannot bypass every long native title to the right. Longer tangential candidates retain all source-pad, pill and label tests; their first bank-allocation check terminated with status143 before producing a receipt. Its cause is unknown and the extended candidate remains unverified. Preserve the verified extension-only source separately from this ongoing MH50V experiment. Evidence: /tmp/atlas12-mh50v-lead-conflicts-20261003/drvy-clearance-candidates.json and /tmp/atlas12-extension-lead-repair-20261003/mh50v-bank-fanout-receipt.json.

Detached render reporting must preserve electrical failures

The full repaired batch stopped after three retained routing failures because its JSONL stdout consumer disconnected. The terminal traceback identifies BrokenPipeError in the error-reporting emit() call, after wiki-135 exhausted its source-lead allocation budget. This is a runner failure as well as a routing failure; it does not make the remaining nine diagrams accepted or processed. Exact terminal evidence is retained under /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-full-repaired-render-20261003/terminal-recovery.json.

The isolated replacement runner catches stdout disconnection and keeps writing atomic status and per-profile failure files. Future detached batches must redirect stdout/stderr to durable job-owned logs and retain a final process exit receipt. Connector repair must still pass the unchanged source-pad and 17-unit label-clearance checks; do not lower clearance or omit contacts to obtain a successful render.

Long detours resolve the complete DRVY bank in isolation

The unchanged exact-pad and 17-unit label checks now allocate all six distinct DRVY leads in six search assignments. Longer tangential alternatives let two conductors pass to the right of the bank/side captions while four pass left; the earlier short candidates forced too many contacts into the same lanes. The six-pin solution and 804 cached pairwise collision checks are recorded in /tmp/atlas12-extension-lead-repair-20261003/long-detour-efficient-receipt.json. The source-only crop drvy-lead-proof.png was inspected: all six wires start at their own screw centre and avoid the full connector captions. This crop does not prove full-machine routing, crossing decoration, electrical qualification, or publication.

A separate immutable ALL12 batch, atlas12-long-detour-durable-render-20261003, now combines that candidate with the independently checked extension-card fanout. It redirects stdout/stderr to durable files, retains a supervisor exit receipt, and is owned by Ilium monitor 50. No accepted production SVG has yet been replaced.

Reconcile the current scope before accepting a new render

The latest frozen ALL12 graph contains 1,319 connections: 1,084 selected for the main drawings and 235 reserved for detail figures. Do not reuse an older 851-main count to establish current coverage. The exact profile/circuit/contact inventory is /tmp/atlas12-final-acceptance-20261003/expected-scope.json; every accepted SVG must match its authored main connection IDs, complete sourced controller contact map, source anchors/functions and native layout. Structural script /tmp/atlas12-final-acceptance-20261003/audit_main.py is prepared but has not yet been run on the pending outputs. It explicitly leaves pixel, reader-runtime and public-byte gates unverified.

The base-11 8760 DB25 is intentionally split into complementary signal pins 1–17 and ground pins 18–25. Existing renderer code already tags both views as one physical connector and draws a visible SHARED 8760 DB25 pin-subset annotation. Confirm that both annotations appear clearly in final pixels; do not infer that the machine requires two connectors, or duplicate/relabel the connector solely because the authored graph has two circuit nodes.

The same pane is shared by the main and detail workers. Monitor 54 now tracks both started isolated batches, with a stable parent job ID, cached atomic status reads and 12+13 weighting. It was JSON-validated and positively registered. Source inputs and running processes were preserved. Consume terminal outputs once notified; no agent-side recurring checks.

Current linked-main baseline rejects all twelve, rather than passing on old receipts

A structural audit of the 12 currently linked local main SVGs against the latest authored selection completes with 0/12 accepted. The older files contain 867 route records versus 1,084 required main connections, a count gap of 217. DeineFraesmaschine has 113 versus 160 and Unlogic MH50V 131 versus 177. All six Box drawings retain the legacy generic-controller layout; Prime drawings retain undotted GUESS strokes. This readback concerns local linked SVGs, not a fresh public byte verification. Receipt: /tmp/atlas12-final-acceptance-20261003/current-production-baseline-audit.json.

The final checker treats missing native contact/transform provenance and missing route-display provenance as failed gates while continuing through the entire 12-member set. A legacy schema cannot abort the audit after the first file and conceal the other eleven. Missing main figure status is also recorded, rather than silently accepting an older completeness label.

An isolated source-lead performance proposal caches only immutable candidate/label filtering per reference for one allocation call. Reservation-dependent compatibility remains checked on every branch; ordering, pad positions, 17-unit clearance and search budget remain unchanged. It is not in either active frozen render, not applied to production, and not a completed layout fix. Receipt: /tmp/atlas12-extension-lead-repair-20261003/static-candidate-cache-receipt.json.

2026-10-03 — Protect connector housings, not only contact centres

Monitor54 lost observation because its aggregate running report included a completed child error detail. Running reports must omit task error details; expose them only when the aggregate reaches error. Recovery verified the main supervisor and renderer alive and recovered the conditional batch exit1, with12/13 figures saved. Validated replacement monitor69 restored observation without restarting either process. Recovery evidence is retained in /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-long-detour-durable-render-20261003/monitor54-observation-recovery.json.

Native close-ups rejected centre-only lead clearance: short normal launches can avoid screw centres and captions while crossing a neighbouring plastic connector. The isolated candidate now protects exact placed SVG terminal rectangles with a4-unit stroke halo. Only the first segment may leave its own housing; its first bend must be outside that housing, and subsequent segments avoid all housings. Original pad and17-unit label clearances remain unchanged. Outward routes are preferred; inward and tangential-first paths may go through empty gaps before exiting the declared case side. These are drawn terminal leads, not invented internal electronic wiring.

FIVEIN, PWM and DRVY bank-local allocations pass with respectively2,4 and6 assignments. Root inspected their housing-clear proof PNGs and confirmed leads avoid neighbouring housings and labels. Exact receipts and source-only crops are in /tmp/atlas12-extension-lead-repair-20261003/, named fivein-housing-clear, pwm-housing-clear, and drvy-housing-clear. Earlier normal-only proof images remain retained but are superseded for visual acceptance. These checks do not establish full-machine routing, electrical qualification or publication. The correction remains isolated from production and the running frozen ALL12 batch.

Supplementary OPEN references must remain distinct from a usable main retrofit

Root inspected the SF-A9 rotary, Cloudray protection/firing and Genmitsu optional-laser figures: their explicit open-boundary titles and disconnected unknown terminals are preserved. These limited references must not replace a machine main wiring diagram or imply that an unidentified driver/PSU can be wired from connector names. Four measured rotary winding leads remain dotted proposed connections. Lenze relay/isolated-analog and Quietcut AHCT close-ups retain distinct supply domains and unused-pin treatment, with qualification still conditional. Partial pixel-review receipt: /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-conditional-durable-render-20261003/review/root-supplemental-pixel-review-02.json. Avid extension-header housing-edge clearance remains a separate unverified gate. No supplemental output has yet been integrated or published from this batch.

Exact extension-header bodies need the same routing guard

The Chapter18 GA–GI logical source cards have a dark body rectangle without the perimeter bank terminal class. Avid GC close-up revealed that earlier centre-only routes could run along this body. The isolated candidate now protects the exact source rectangle, while preserving exact pins, original labels and source-card disclaimers. All nine cards allocate all ten distinct pin leads in ten assignments each at the unchanged pad/label clearances (90 leads total). Root inspected the GC four-lead crop: each wire leaves its own body before routing beside it, and all labels remain clear. This is source-card geometry evidence only; full machine allocation and electrical qualification remain pending. Inventory and source hash: /tmp/atlas12-extension-lead-repair-20261003/extension-housing-inventory-receipt.json; proof gc-housing-clear-proof.png. Active frozen renders and production are unchanged by this candidate refinement.

Orient logical device terminals toward their actual diagram destinations

The Baldor single/three-phase supplemental close-ups expose avoidable routing: all drive inputs and motor outputs are assigned to the left edge even though the motor card is on the right. The U/V/W leads consequently wrap around the drive card and panel. A future refinement should present logical output rows toward the motor, explicitly distinguish logical diagram orientation from physical drive terminal placement, and preserve manufacturer terminal identities, source references, phase alternatives and protective-earth domain. Do not silently infer a fitted drive face or delete the earth route to obtain a cleaner image. The current figures are not visually accepted as final. Review evidence: /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-conditional-durable-render-20261003/review/root-supplemental-pixel-review-03.json.

VFD logical output-side correction rendered and inspected

An isolated four-figure proposal now puts only U/V/W on the drive card edge facing the motor, with a prominent logical-terminal-row/not-physical-drive-face annotation. Root inspected all four native boundary crops. The output leads stay between drive and motor instead of circling the panel; PE remains distinct and intact, single/three-phase alternatives and manufacturer-specific labels remain unchanged. Preservation readback proves every original guide field is unchanged after reversing the twelve declared contact-side fields and four annotations. All original connection IDs/endpoints/states remain present, and GUESS strokes remain dotted. Exact sources, four SVG/PNG pairs, before/after conductor lengths and acceptance limits: /tmp/atlas12-vfd-logical-terminal-layout-20261003/acceptance-receipt.json. This is accepted local layout evidence, not production/publication or fitted-hardware acceptance. Active render sources remain frozen; integrate the correction into the canonical graph/projections when the corresponding source revision is reconciled.

Reconcile accepted supplementary layout changes without declaring stale mains complete

The four reviewed VFD output-side changes are now saved in canonical centered-guides.json: only twelve U/V/W side fields and four logical-layout annotations changed. Root reversed those changes in memory and verified every other field across the full twelve-guide document remained identical. Both affected canonical guides exactly match the accepted four-figure render input. Main connection IDs, source statements and electrical states are unchanged; main SVGs remain pending and must not be certified by a supplemental-only integration path. Full-profile manifest validation currently expects main plus every conditional figure, so the incremental path must validate named source figures independently while preserving all unrelated assets and the main acceptance state. Canonical update receipt: /tmp/atlas12-vfd-logical-terminal-layout-20261003/canonical-data-update-receipt.json.

Supplementary integration and browser acceptance remain separate from main acceptance

Four corrected VFD branches are now integrated into both owner pages, with30 formerly missing conductor evidence rows and source-qualified single-phase unused terminals. Strict four-figure validation and the repeat build both passed; the repeat preserved47 checked files. Root independently checked328 unrelated profiles and2640 files, preserved the two existing main SVG/evidence sets, and verified the four accepted source hashes and copied-asset manifest hashes. The incremental builder may reuse projections only when all relevant source/consumer hashes match. Do not treat a supplemental-only build as a new main diagram.

Root subsequently inspected all four figures in the published da035959 deployment fullscreen viewer. The WJ200 single-phase detail shows sharp terminal text and visibly dotted GUESS strokes at800percent; both manufacturers’ single/three-phase branches visibly preserve input, motor and distinct PE paths. Console warning/error readback was empty. Browser receipt/screenshots: /tmp/atlas12-vfd-root-integration-verification-20261003/browser-review.json. Direct20-file HTTP byte readback returned403 throughout; public byte equality remains unverified. Local file navigation was blocked by browser security policy, so no bypass was attempted. Main/all12 layout and public acceptance remain outstanding; preserve these separate statuses.

Leave a routable channel between stacked connector housings

Schaublin’s Lenze RUN proposal placed ULN2003AN pin16 and relay A2 on opposite edges of stacked cards with a28-unit row gap. Connector projection,9-unit body clearance and8-unit corner allowance close that local channel; the combined protected overlap is62units. A panel-only126-unit row gap opens36clear units without reducing clearances or dropping a wire. Bounded geometry shortened the alternative from5541 to1273units. Global reservations may still reject it: the terminal291-candidate failure did not identify a unique blocker. Freeze and fully render the corrected complete alternative before accepting it. Diagnosis and exact patch evidence: /tmp/atlas12-schaublin-c12-diagnosis-20261003/diagnosis.json. The correction is currently isolated; no accepted production geometry was overwritten.

Audit each physical peripheral contact, not only connection totals

The repaired DeineFraesmaschine and MH50V mains each preserve82sourced exterior controller contacts and exactly160/177selected connection IDs. Separate root readback checks every selected panel/card, every contact’s visible shell at its expected anchor and its full visible function label, plus card body overlaps:53cards/231contacts for DeineFraesmaschine and69cards/300contacts for MH50V passed. This checks displayed pin completeness beyond edge-count assertions; native controller crops, route pixels, reader integration and public readback remain separate gates. Structural scripts/receipts are retained under /tmp/atlas12-final-acceptance-20261003/ and /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-two-failed-main-housing-clear-render-20261003/.

Main integration must include newly researched conductor records

A current native main can contain canonical circuits absent from the older article and schedule. MH50V has sixteen new C21 conductors; changing existing view badges alone failed before any production promotion. The main-only builder now appends those canonical records and textual rows using the established endpoint/source/qualification grammar while preserving all original records and historical/supplementary blocks. Frozen main provenance and current selected-panel equality are independently checked; changes in unselected VFD supplements do not relabel the frozen render as current full-guide output. Two accepted main layouts remain awaiting the completed consumer rebuild/public inspection.

The Schaublin complete proposed retrofit rerender now exited0 with the wider local relay channel. Root checked122 selected conductors (2SOURCE,112GUESS,8OPEN),50 physical cards and204 displayed contact marks/functions. Native relay and JASD interface close-ups retain dotted guesses and readable individual terminals. This remains a conditional reference, not fitted electrical qualification; the named safety-controls panel has no proposed edges and is omitted by the current edge-driven drawing, while its authored tracing instructions remain retained. 2026-10-03 — shared package and primary conditional presentation

When one physical IC is split across circuit views, both views must name the same device and explicitly identify their pin subsets. Account for the complete package inventory across those views; do not imply two chips or a complete pinout in either subset. BASE11 U1 command and supply/OE views now share this annotation.

A complete proposed retrofit designated as the primary reference must appear before its compatibility boundary diagram. Preserve its conditional qualification and separate connection inventory; do not relabel proposed circuitry as fitted-machine evidence. Schaublin complete-proposed-retrofit has122 connections while its retained compatibility view has32.

Source/controller contact and route checks establish structural coverage, not readable output. Accept individual native connector-bank and physical-peripheral crops before publishing each main. Eight recovered batch outputs passed structural/card audits, but their close-up review and incremental/public integration remain separate gates.

  • [NOTE] Three reviewed mains (BASE11 67, Shapeoko2/wiki206 43, Schaublin compatibility32) integrated exit0; independent readback preserves322 unrelated profiles/2246 files and all prior electrical/source records. Native SVG rebasing only quotes equivalent fragment URL references. Full12 render inventory now available after Avid/Baldor exit0; their pixel acceptance remains pending. Footer legend row packing corrected in source and11 isolated derivatives; seven return annotations across wiki222/wiki205/laserplot02/wiki132 relocated in isolated derivatives with exact reversal proof, revised pixels pending. Schaublin122 primary controller-edge crops reviewed; explicit primary integration underway. Overall completion remains unverified.

2026-10-03 · checked annotation and IC pin layout

  • Ground return annotations need reserved space after routing: check card/contact labels, captions including descenders, every conductor, symbols and neighbouring annotations. Moving only labels preserves the actual pin anchors and wiring; retain a separate derivation receipt instead of rewriting electrical provenance. Eight return labels across five mains were inspected after relocation.
  • Legend columns also constrain SOURCE/GUESS/OPEN swatches: wrap the third state onto the next row when using two columns, or it collides with the contact schedule.
  • Every physical IC pin includes unused channels. TI SN74AHCT125 Rev R Table 4-1 gives all14 pins; recommended operating conditions note1 says unused inputs must be held at VCC or GND. Showing an unused input as OPEN is an incomplete circuit, not permission to power it. Avid AHCT125#3 needs a separately drawn conditional unused-channel bias plan; package/revision and reset behaviour still require checks. Source: https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/sn74ahct125.pdf pp3–5.
  • Current native render inventory covers12 mains. Schaublin primary122 is now integrated and independently read back: all32 prior records and compatibility SVG preserved,114 missing records added, exact article reversal passes, full primary is visible before compatibility details. Five remaining reviewed mains are integrating under monitor215. Goal is active again; old blocked-goal notes are historical. Public readiness remains unverified.

2026-10-03: viewer acceptance does not establish drawing publication

Live Shapeoko owner-page inspection confirms wheel zoom changes 100% to 265%, and slider 0.85 gives 923% with sharp SVG winding labels and a visible minimap. Console warnings/errors were empty. The displayed drawing still uses old solid GUESS routes and the superseded caption. Therefore successful viewer interaction is a separate gate from current drawing publication: inspect the actual linked owner SVG and current contact schedule after the final coherent publish. Evidence: /tmp/atlas12-final-acceptance-20261003/live-shapeoko-viewer-readback.json.

2026-10-03: replacing abstract interfaces requires explicit record transitions

Avid’s accepted complete sensor panels25–30 and spindle panels31–32 replace the earlier generic panels11–16 and the first eight panel18 connections. The old MAIN schedule contains44 superseded CIDs; preserving all old MAIN badges would falsely claim those generic circuits remain in the new drawing. Keep their full source/electrical records and historical drawing, mark their current-view disposition accurately, and validate the exact old/new mapping before publication. Do not weaken the no-drop guard for arbitrary profiles or silently delete old records. The attempted four-main integration failed during preflight with no canonical writes. The five-main integration succeeded and root readback passed, including exact identification of the separately authorized additive Avid IC detail.

2026-10-03: current text must match conductor state styling

A full12 source wording audit found every canonical guide plan still describes GUESS routes as solid, and six current Prime article blocks retain that obsolete description. Dotted SVG routes alone do not resolve contradictory installation instructions. Normalize current plan/current article prose to dotted GUESS, solid SOURCE and disconnected OPEN, preserving historical explanations and every electrical/source field; then rebuild all12 owner/index projections. Apply after ongoing integration releases baseline custody. Avid’s precise174→233 main selection transition has been promoted to the builder; it retains44 superseded records and a hash-addressed old SVG/history figure, guarded by exact old CID inventory and15 canonical panel hashes. Runtime Avid integration remains pending.

2026-10-03: exact public SVG bytes through observed browser assets

Direct HTTP403 does not establish a publication failure. The supported browser pageAssets capability can inventory the current rendered page, identify its observed main SVG by exact URL, and bundle that selected asset into a local file with a manifest. On immutable deployment18647ef1, recovered Shapeoko SVG654612 bytes had SHA2564b4f4104f6be6b0e73ebaf79880cc934fc943c94e015a95164ea9ee3095f2bd4, exactly matching the publisher signature. This establishes the recovery method, not acceptance of that superseded drawing. For final acceptance, recover each newly published main/reference asset from its actual owner page, compare bytes with the current local owned asset, retain URL/path/hash/provenance, and independently inspect rendered UI/content. Do not navigate directly to guessed asset URLs or claim DOM serialization is original HTML byte parity. Evidence: /tmp/atlas12-final-acceptance-20261003/browser-byte-recovery-proof.json.

2026-10-03: audit current publication status separately from source uncertainty

Once a reviewed diagram is integrated, exposed paragraphs must not continue claiming that its drawing is unchanged or awaiting regeneration. Search both paragraphs and figure captions, including “awaiting” as well as “pending”; this audit found12 passages/15 sentences across8 articles, with a fourth BASE11 caption missed by the first pending-only search. Replace only the obsolete status sentence. Preserve source facts, fitted-model/connector orientation/electrical uncertainty and historical details. In particular, a proposed pump stage does not establish the stock SF-A9 barrel wiring; integration does not establish safe operating hardware. Record exact reversible patches, then rebuild owner pages and compact index together. Root-reviewed isolated patch: /tmp/atlas12-current-main-status-20261003/root-review.json; not yet applied while Avid integration owns the snapshot.

2026-10-03: keep publication workflow status out of durable installation prose

A sentence saying “public readback remains unverified” becomes false as soon as final publication verification passes. Do not create a correction/publication loop by embedding that transient pipeline state in a machine wiring instruction. State the durable current diagram content and the actual unresolved fitted electrical checks. Record build, render and public-readback status in audit receipts and task progress instead. The Avid interface status follow-up therefore names the conditional interface and retains fitted electrical uncertainty without a publication-pending claim.

2026-10-03: verify every authored viewer entry point and close path

A correct shared viewer bundle does not prove every large-image button uses it. The WorkBee reference page retained an older authored button handler: an image click opened its legacy dialog before bubbling to the shared viewer. Two dialogs were open; closing the shared viewer exposed the legacy dialog without zoom slider or minimap. Distinct dialog IDs and exact preservation of an old handler do not prove compatible behavior. Check image click, button padding click and native Enter/Space activation; require exactly one shared modal, its controls, Escape/Close dismissal and focus return. Bind the authored button to the established shared trigger and retain the legacy fallback only when the shared controls are absent. Keep originals and exact reversible changes. The public reproduction is retained at /tmp/atlas12-final-acceptance-20261003/wiki225-double-dialog-public-proof.json; repair and final live acceptance remain pending in task receipts.

2026-10-04: full-size image links are viewer entry points too

Checking clickable thumbnails alone misses ordinary “Open full-size main SVG” links. On the public DeineFraesmaschine owner page, that link opened a raw SVG tab with no zoom slider or minimap; at native size the viewport showed only the heading and empty canvas. Treat normal same-origin image-file links in the main content as shared fullscreen viewer entry points, using the actual resolved href (including query and fragment) and returning focus to the link after Close/Escape. Preserve the original href and target, explicit downloads, modifier/nonprimary clicks, external sources and nonimage navigation. Keep the SVG export bytes unchanged. Reuse the existing image viewer rather than creating a second modal or changing the diagram. Verify both ordinary click and native Enter, exactly one modal, source equality, readable zoom, controls and focus return; also check existing thumbnail/button/inline-SVG behavior. Reproduction: /home/arthur/dev/.astra-calls/atlas12-final-fullsize-link-gap-20261004/receipt.json. Implementation and live acceptance are tracked separately in task receipts.

Pages without thumbnails can still contain full-size diagram links. The TillBoard wiki-224 and wiki-180 reference readers each have local SVG links in their main content but no authored img/svg elements. Viewer eligibility must include those local image-file anchors in both copied-HTML generation and later viewer refresh. Keep external source links and explicit downloads native. Preserve these readers’ entire authored body and add only shared dialog/script/CSS infrastructure; verify the current and retained-history links through the actual reader.

2026-10-04: verify viewer colours on legacy readers

The live WorkBee wiki-225 reader has no paper, ink or panel theme variables. Its shared fullscreen dialog therefore inherited black text and a transparent toolbar, hiding the zoom readout and hint on the dark stage. Give shared viewer colours explicit opaque dark fallbacks while preserving declared light/dark theme variables. Verify computed foreground/background colours and rendered controls on a reader with no variables and on declared light/dark fixtures. Keep source SVG, geometry, interaction and focus behavior unchanged. When refreshing older readers whose viewer CSS is embedded without a style ID, upgrade that exact CSS in place; do not append a second copy. Recorded public reproduction: atlas12-final-fullsize-viewer-20261004/completed-workbee-502962d1/contrast.json in retained review evidence.

2026-10-04: isolate fullscreen image events from thumbnail opening

The index places its fullscreen dialog inside main. A document-level thumbnail opener must ignore events originating inside that dialog, and thumbnail accessibility initialization must exclude the viewer and minimap images. Otherwise a fullscreen stage click can re-enter open_image and reset zoom to fit; internal images also become unintended extra button roles. Add containment guards at those two existing boundaries, preserving all external thumbnail/link/button/inline-SVG behavior. Verify retained click zoom, wheel and slider zoom, drag and minimap movement, exactly one dialog, and stable focus after closing the combined interaction sequence. Public reproduction and precise correction are retained in atlas12-final-viewer-event-isolation-20261004; source SVG bytes remain unchanged.
