I did a stupid.
While trying to fix up a pulley on the 2nd tower of a delta (driver M3), I jerked the belting up and down a bit to try to get it settle to where it wouldn't pull the belting to the side, I didn't have the set screws in pulley attached to the stepper, but it still was feeding electricity.
It wasn't turned on otherwise, but I saw a little smoke come off the board near the M3 to where you solder a 5v switching DC to DC regulator.
I eventually turned it on to check the damage and it smoked quite a bit more, then it stopped.
Now it will light up the red LED and the backlit to the LCD, but that's it, even with the stepper attached to M3 disconnected.
Moving any of the steppers, including one hooked up to M3 will light the LCD/red LED, that is all I can get out of it.
Time to buy a new board?
